Apparently written by Barry, Maurice and Robin Gibb. A truly great song from 1968 as was their follow up single The walls fell down which barely touched the UK top 30. Thanks for this Pat. 👍
This is for my late lovely wife Yvonne ,her picture is in my mind ,my heart ,so sadly passed away October 2014 ,we renewed our marriage vows 2days before she passed away in hospital after along brave fight against ms ,she was a qualified nurse and worked full time from her wheel chair for nearly 6 years 5foot 4inches pocket battleship ,wake up each day her photo on the dresser ,this record is in my funeral plan she was my one women❤️
The Marbles were an English rock duo that consisted of Graham Bonnet and Trevor Gordon, who operated between 1968 and 1969. "Only One Woman" reached number 5 in the UK Singles Chart in November 1968. The duo disbanded in 1969. Shortly after their split, in 1970, they released their only self-titled album. Sounds very good Pat! Thanks for mixing.
Ten little Indians standing around I bet there are many but how would I know As she was only one woman only one woman And I've got a picture of the woman I love Who sees my lonely face, who sees my shame nobody in my place, can tell me her name Cause Ten little Indians, now there are none I bet there are many, but her love still goes on
I'd completely forgotten about this one. Thanks for the reminder.

The great Graham Bonnet, later of Rainbow and the Michael Shenker group. Also had a brilliant uk chart single with Night games... Great voice
It ’s the first song I hear, but it ’s a very good song.
I also listened to the original stereo mix, but this one is much better.
