- Cranston police said Thursday that they identified a body found in the Pawtuxet River earlier this week as that of a Providence man who was involved in a hit-and-run and reported missing a month ago.
Police said they received a report of a body in the water near the abandoned Mill Street railroad bridge from a kayaker on Tuesday afternoon.
Cranston police said officers found a partially clothed man facing down and resting over a large tree in the water near the shoreline.

Lmao… imagine how different his life would’ve been if he had just learned some of the most _basic_ skills that a majority of other productive adults possess, such as knowing how to swim, drive, and/or accept personal responsibility. 🫢
RIP to this dude who seemed like a total loser that had 0 respect for other people & their property. 😂🤡 Turns out that living at the expense of others will eventually cost you, too! 🤗
