"COME ON JERRY, FIGHT ME!" and "I'M WAY, WAY, WAY TOO STRONG!" -Devon. I thought Devon was this huge asshole in the very beginning, and it took me a bit to realize what makes him such a legend. But yeah, Matt Mask was on a whole other level of intensity here.
I love Matt Mask. Matt, don't ever change. The format of these events are a little slow. Matt brings all the fun and intensity of the WAL to these great cards.

This was the only match I couldn't saw entirely in the streaming due connection issues, but anyway was an amazing event and enjoyed it from start to end. Congratulation to Engin Terzi, so far this was the best of the seven pay per view events I paid for in the last 24 monts. The level of the pullers was amazing and some of the fights are now instant classics to keep in our minds and hearts forever. Thanx to everyone involved, from a humble fan from Spain.

Prudnyk might be a better armsrestler, but he's a worse sportsman and that makes Mask the winner for me. Dude's got no problem admitting honest defeat and that's awesome. It's always so deflating watching these matches that are fought in setup rather than the actual pull.
Really looking forward to Matt future match if hes really serious when he said hes going to focus on armwrestling and quit smoking. Would be nice if we could see 270+ lbs Matt with full hair.

I think style matchup really plays a significant role in determining who wins and loses. Ermes, who managed to beat Genadi 3:0, said that Matt's hand is the toughest he's ever faced and even more so than Vitaly's. Yet Evgeny just breezed right through it.

If Matt were able to work on armwrestling full-time, like these other guys get to, instead of working a thousand jobs, he could definitely compete on the world stage. He has incredible physical gifts that he simply isn't permitted to hone on a limited schedule - long lever, wide shoulders, huge hand. As it stands, he's basically an excellent hobbyist sitting just beneath these guys. I hope it doesn't discourage him from coming back. I also like the respect to each other, despite the fiery nature of the match. Prudnyk gave him a big hug, and Matt tells him, "See? You didn't need to fuck around. You are way [up here]..." while holding his hand up high. He's telling the man that he's levels above him, so just get in there and pull.

The coolest part about this is Matt wasn't being the way he was for no reason. He knew Prudnik had it in him to fight him and win, and still managed to be super respectful about it in the end despite the heat. He just wanted something real & craves the experience of arm wrestling like Devon does.

He didn't get screwed in the set up. I doesn't matter how you "feel". Matt always complains that he's getting screwed in the set up but that's only because he lacks the static strength to compete with the top guys. The stronger guys aren't under any obligation to accommodate the weaker guys. Matt isn't an elite level armwrestler.
