Eero Saarinen also designed the Bell Labs complex in Holmdel, New Jersey and its most striking feature....a water tower shaped like a transistor to comemmorate the invention of the device there.
This is one of the very few videos online that exist that show even a tiny bit of the Arch’s staircase.. I always thought it’d be cool to see a shot of the trams fly by from the vantage point of one of the staircase landings 🫠
