The law should change in such a way that if wife tries to seperate mother from Son . Son can divorce his wife and wife should not get a single property from Husband's side
Such conversations need to be recorded so that such criminal girls go to the jail instead

No now there's a change in law for such cases, you won't be sent directly to jail first the magistrate will make a quick inquiry of the matter and if the bride is genuinely in trouble then only the groom and his family will be jailed.

It's a terrible problem in our society. For a simple argument with the husband and other family member lot of women manipulate the law and harass their victims. Specially the victims those who got deeper pocket. In fact, almost 68% percent of those cases are found to be false by statistics.

I don't want any man to be falsely charged. But please note that many women are actually suffering. And it's very difficult to prove in court cases too, the amount of abuse one suffers in a relationship, whether mental, physical or both. Because normally only these 2 people are there at home and witnesses will be partial as they mostly belong to the same family
