This was one of those genuine trips down memory lane to the 80's! I vividly remember the "I Want Your Sex" answer when I watched DD in 1988. And I almost forgot Marc Summers' guest hosting of Scrabble. Golden!
If there was ever an unsung hero when it came to Game Show Hosts, or at least one that doesn't get enough credit as some others, it's definitely Marc Summers!
Another really funny moment came from Scrabble. The contestant took two tiles and got P and P, then said "Chuck I'll take a P." The reaction from Chuck and the audience was priceless.
Years ago, on a studio tour of Universal Studios in Florida, I saw the Double Dare set. They haven't made an episode for a while, it was nice to see it.
What’s remarkable is that he has OCD, although it was undiagnosed when he started hosting Double Dare. Not the easiest disorder to have when you host a show that describes itself as “Super Sloppy”.
Tony Randall would once again say that particular word when he later appeared on "The $50,000 Pyramid" in 1981, except it was muted for broadcast. Nonetheless, it prompted Dick Clark to yell "Help!" in a funny sort of way.
Another DD contestant (from the "Squawkers vs Two Stooges" episode, Paramount+ Ep. 105) said he liked 'Fast Women and Fast Cars', proving that Nickelodeon was the Wild, Wild West in the 80s. I guess that's what happens when you tape in and get all your kid contestants from Philadelphia.
One thing I mentioned that they could have should the episode of child's play (1982) with bill Cullen when he cuss on the air said " you're damn right after the contestant give the right answer.
The same thing happened on "Get the Picture" when the contestants were asked to name three George Michael songs. Mike O'Malley assured the contestant it was OK.

@@reubenmanzo2054 Nope, watched this when I was a kid and that is the way it was. A tile for each letter. Such a great show back in the day. Chuck was a great host.
That was great! I'd never seen any of them before. My favorites: the gay guy fantasizing about Mr. ultra-right-wing-Christian Chuck Woolery and Tony Randall saying "shit"! LOL And Marc Summers having no clue as to why that kid guessed "I Want Your Sex". Geez, Marc--how old are you? 90? That was the first single off of "Faith", so that kid actually made a great guess considering he had absolutely no clue.
I think that gay guy who was in the clip had originally posted it on UA-cam. He actually did pretty well, being on the show for four days. The incident that Chuck made reference to about calling Terry's name is that in speedword just prior to this, he called Terry's name by accident instead of his opponent who buzzed in just before him on one particular word. Of course, Terry eventually won that game.

I agree. I wonder how they got the clip uncensored?

Why in the world the Scrabble producers didn't throw out the "BURRITOS" word after Chuck blurted out the answer out of turn, I have NO idea.
