Today we shoot the Taurus GX4 and let you know what we love and don't like about this compact 9mm pistol.

Rear sight is there to frame the the front sight which is what the eye focuses upon. Rear sight indicators are not necessary. Just my opinion after 200 rounds on this gun.

I am not sure if they make a CA legal model. If I order a 48 state model it is a Felony in CA. I can't risk that. I just checked the website and no CA models are available. LOOKS LIKE A VERY COOL GUN!
Last podcast, you guys covered the Canik Meta, and today, the Taurus GX 4. Are you guys trying to tell us these pistols are coming to California, or are you guys just teasing us
We really don't know what is coming to CA. We had the gun come in and the owner said we could shoot it. For the price it is competitive, but it not a P365, Hellcat or Shield. Thanks for asking!

They are legal for Law Enforcement. That is who owns the gun we shot. Plus I am exempt because I am retired LEO. Thanks for asking!

Bought the gx4 carry when it came out in October and loved it now it has a ported lakeline barrel and it feels better the my x macro but cheaper by miles ..this is a hidden gem that I don't see lots about ..if you like xmacro or g48 you'll love this
I have hellcat still there super close ..I love this gun..its worth the 350$ and 129$ ported barrel makes it nasty good

I dry fired a GX4xl at a gun store and I just loved the trigger. I was hoping they'd come out with a bigger version of the gun and when I heard this version was coming out I said I must get it. I haven't yet but trust me I will get one. 😁

@@ToddCotta It's been out lol. I thought that's what you had here. Except you kept calling it the GX4 compact and the latest version is called carry. The GX4 carry comes with two 15 round magazines. I thought you had lower capacity mags because you were in a non free state ?
Thats a taurus gx4 carry theres different back straps to better fit your hand, the trigger got lighter after 300 round break in period

I have the GX4 Carry. It's an amazing gun. Shoots flatter then my XMacro at half the cost.

Question! Do we foresee the Sig365 Macro coming onto the Roster here in Ca? I’m not sure to wait for that or if I should just pull the trigger and buy the hellcat Pro , thank you !
What's going to the rosters kept very secret for some reason. I mean if I was sick I would get it out as soon as possible cuz they would sell a lot of them. But just know that even right now the 365 sells much slower than the hellcats do because once you shoot them, you understand how much and better the hellcats are. Thanks for watching.
@@ToddCottaI wanted to be the first to let you know that there’s been a new addition to the Ca roster I just don’t know if its the spectre comp or the X macro . Here is the direct copied and pasted name on the website. 365XCA-9-COMP-MS-CA* . I feel like this would be a great video to make I’d love to know which one it is as well. It’s funny that this came right after my question to you.

I will sell you my sig 320, it fires and you do not have to pull the trigger...goes off on its own.
Well there 299-329 and shot better then my Sig ..I have this with optic and ported barrel and was less with alk that then my X macro ..
