    I’ve owned Chevy for years and bought a new titan to try something new and it’s been way more reliable than my Chevys ever wore.

    • @DariusJones05
      @DariusJones05 3 роки тому +6

      Not saying your lying just curious how do say a new vehicle is reliable with less than 60-100k miles? If the chevy’s you had issues before 30-60k, those are likely quality control issues (sadly all manufactures have those from recent years). Just curious what makes you say more reliable? Like to hear owners reviews more than salesmen lol

    • @TheBenclark
      @TheBenclark 3 роки тому +26

      I get that I’m saying more reliable cause I didn’t get 60000 miles out of a 1500 Chevy before I was changing my front diff out and doing front end work where my titan is still going issue free and it just recently hit 60000. Maybe I’m speaking to soon but from going back to back with these trucks Nissan impressed me more. My Chevy was an 07 and titan is a 2014

    • @DariusJones05
      @DariusJones05 3 роки тому +12

      @@TheBenclark gotcha. Thanks for the info. Owned a number of brands and found all to be overall reliable. Currently have a 2018 Silverado 1500 and 35k miles in 16 months have been good. I do think that their 6 and 8 speed trans sucks tho. Was going to buy a 2019 titan but the dealer didn’t want to cut deals lol. Typical

    Just bought this exact one yesterday. Had Chevy trucks prior. I'm loving the Titan. My friends, who have Chevy, have really bragged about it. Nissan has come a long way. It definitely feels solid when driving it, and had have many compliments. Even the insurance guy came outside to check it out and was like "Wow! That's pretty and beast of a truck!"

      I also just bought a '21 Pro-4x in gun metallic last week. First truck and I am loving every minute of it. I was considering a '21 Ram Big Horn BTS, but I couldn't get the options I wanted for a reasonable price and the reliability was a concern. Can't beat the warranty on these Nissans and it sounds sooooooo good!

    I have a 2012 Nissan Sentra S with over 211,000 miles on it. Never had an issue with the original CVT. I changed the fluid every 60,000 miles as required in the owner’s manual. I bought a 2022 pro 4x 5 days ago. This truck though is hardly seen by the motoring public. Even with the high price of gas, you see tons of Chevy , Fords, Rams. Even starting to see more of the new tundra a lot more than the titan

    2021 Nissan Titan Pro4X:
    I was hunting and got stuck pulling trailer w/2 atv's. I put the truck in 4wd (high) and got out. However, 2 miles later my 2021 Titan Pro4X stopped. I was in drive and pressed on the gas pedal and nothing. I put in reverse and the same thing. I was fortunate to be in the mountains near a cell phone tower. I called the dealership and was able to talk to a salesman who owned a Titan.
    He said to put the lever in neutral, and move the 2wd to 4wd high, and to 4ws lo. Now switch it back to 2wd. place the lever in reverse and then drive. After this it worked...
    Not sure if anyone has experienced this...

    Superior V8. Better build quality. They don't sell as many, so they take more time to build them right. Ford cranks F-150's through due to demand. The competitors simply get by on their name and mindless buyer loyalty.

      Not a fanboy of Nissan by any means. Do love my new truck as I came from a 2014 f150. I have a work truck 2020 f150 base model and literally the entire dash light cluster has gone out. Climate controls have gone out and literally pick whatever they want to do (funny as hell) and my backup camera screen has gone out (recall). It literally has 13000 miles on it as we drive a lot but what a joke. Transmission sometimes feels like it’s about to fall out of the truck during shifts and can’t find a gear. Other times it’s alright and shifts pretty much unheard. Did talk to the service techs and they said Ford literally won’t stop the assembly line and counts on customers to do warranty work to fix any flaws they find as it costs Ford too much money to slow up. Straight from the dealers mouth on that one. Loved my 2014. Couldn’t get me to buy a new one if they paid me. Just living off the name right now.
