I have to tell y’all something funny😂The other day I wore my black sweatshirt “stitching with the Housewives” to Hobby Lobby. When I was walking in a lady stopped me and said “I love your sweat shirt, I watch them too” and then when I was leaving and getting into my truck this car behind me honked and I looked at her but couldn’t figure out what I did so I just got in my truck. She walked up to my window and I rolled it down and said “I’m sorry did I do something?” She said” oh no I just wanted to tell you I love your sweatshirt and them, they are great!” 😂😳”oh okay, yes I love them too”...Beware when you’re wearing these sweatshirts out in public people will stop you all over the place🥸😜😎😂🥳😳🤦🏼♀️🤪😂🥰

Can I suggest something to help you organize when you are doing the giveaways? Get a bunch of plastic baskets from the dollar store, then you can mark a number on them & just put the item(s) in the basket with the number of the giveaway. I have tons of them & use them all the time when I need to sort stuff.

@@bernadettecahill6007 I'm glad I'm not the only one who took such a long time off from stitching. I have two young kids right now (ages 4 and 6) and like cross stitching because I can do it while I sit with them and watch a movie or something. I have been sewing for 20+ years, but don't want to always be tucked away in another room at my sewing machine. Cross stitching lets me to create with my hands while still being with my family :)

I was not excited about PDF charts......at first. But now I'm hooked and when I get a new paper chart, I scan it into my files and use the IPad to stitch with! Sometimes, I just go kicking and screaming, but finally come around. Does anyone else out there dislike change.....at first?! Loved the video~~~

I am a returning stitcher but I did not have a local shop nearby so I like purchasing online on Etsy on Stitching with the Housewives - the patriotic ornaments, and I was able to get in fat quarter shop’s stitching quarterly cross stitch and i bought the item at hobby lobby you mentioned in your blog - thank you for that! This weekend I drove 6 hours to a newer brick and motar store called HobbyHouse Needleworks in Pittsford NY they have had an online store for awhile. Great shop, the owners were fantastic and we spent the rest of the day exploring the town along the Erie Canal. I would love any of the following. 3,5,6,7,8,or 9.
I spend my stitchy funds at the Stitch and Frame Shop in Rock Hill, SC. It is a brick and mortar shop that is so awesome and friendly service, too. They will ship literally anywhere and will take orders over the phone/internet. I can’t say enough about how awesome and helpful all of the ladies are! 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9

My local needlework shop is not close by but it is the closest, it is Threadneedle Street in Issaquah, Washington. Next would be in Portland, Oregon, Acorns & Threads. Neither one has a strong on-line shopping experience so look them up and give them a call. Let's keep our small brick & mortar shops OPEN. My favorite LNS is Heritage Designs Quilting and Needlework in Amana, Iowa. I wish they carried your designs and I'm still holding out hope that they will in the future. This is a shop owned by a wonderful lady and assisted by her daughter. Both are so helpful with great suggestions and are always ready to help in any way they can. After stitching for a number of years I stopped and now after 12 years I am stitching again and loving it. I pick up any extra floss at Hobby Lobby, get my patterns off Etsy and just made a trip to a local needle work shop for fancy floss for one of your patterns. 7,8,9

I have a Zoe the cat and Zoie the dog. Both were already named when we took them in. Both females and they do not particularly like one another. The dog goes after the cat and lets just say she has had a few scratches from the claws. Dog is upstairs and cat pretty much stays in our finished basement - but we are down there a lot as it is our den and my sewing machine is down there as well. No local LNS usually use 123 stitch and FQS but have been really trying to support ETSY shop owners recently. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. Thank you !
