Could you imagine if they actually fired Poles, and brought in Carroll... He is gonna bring Waldron back. Keep the geriatrics out of the coaching search and bring in some new blood so we can maybe compete again.
Sadly. Yes I’m at the fire Ryan Poles stage. Especially if it’s a demand of Ben Johnson. I think that’s my settled on choice now. So whatever he wants goes. I say sadly cause the vast majority of this rebuild I’ve been a big fan of Poles. Maybe it was luck with the Panthers trade being as one sided in hindsight but I also was a huge fan of the financial recovery. Pace really put the Bears in an awful cap situation and Poles completely fixed it. We now have an amazing cap situation. Poles is a great rebuilding GM but that doesn’t mean he’s a good GM for a team that wants to win.
The OL is a joke, the players need to start shouldering some of the blame here, if we keep calling for somebody to get fired after every loss the guy that picks up the trash in the parking lot must be getting worried about his job. Just want this season to end... Screw it, let's bring back Ditka.
@KnollTop - Many Bears' fans are not practical or rational with their viewpoints. 1. I agree that Ben Johnson will probably coach for the Jaguars or another smaller city team. His hometown is in North Carolina which is relatively close to Jacksonville. 2. Fans that wanted Caleb Williams over Justin Fields cry out to have Ryan Poles fired without realizing that they got what they wanted. Justin Fields was improving every season and trading him for a 6th round pick has set the team back. Hopefully, just for one season. 3. Fans cry out for Mike Vrabel when he had 4 offensive coordinators in 6 seasons and relied on Derrick Henry to win games. The Bears want stability on offense and are coming off a defensive HC for three seasons. 4. Fans have cried out to hire Bill Belichik, Pete Carroll and maybe other 70+ year old coaches when the team wants a long-term solution and probably an offensive head coach. 5. Fans continually cry out for changes in personnel, coaching and the front office when continually changing does not create stability. Short term or long term.
I’ll say the same thing about Pete Carroll that I did about Bill Belichick. Fire Ryan Poles, clean house, and let Pete Carroll run the team as head coach with roster control. It can ONLY get better. Carroll had back to back 9-8 seasons in Seattle before stepping away from the game. The Bears can only DREAM about having a winning record. This team is a joke at the moment. No discipline. No focus. No direction. No leadership.
This is an organizational dysfunction. If the bears were serious about winning. Virginia McCaskey has to fire Fanboy George, Ryan poles,Kevin Warren, Scouts and Field staff. She needs to refill the whole organization.
If we get Pete Carroll, a head coach who clearly cost the Seahawks a Super Bowl over hubris by not handing it off to Lynch, then were worse than the dumbest mfkers on the planet, were insane.
Not sure if you guys know that Harrison’s video of him willing to trade for Shanahan is being made fun of on two other nfl shows. They said Bears media fans are so desperate that they are willing to make terrible trades to get a coach. The other show showed the clip and they simply laughed and said you sounded like the type of GM the Bears love to hire. They also showed the crash out of the Commanders game. I’m sure not willing to trade for Parsons but willing to for shanahan will be a topic. You know you’re making it to the top when you guys are being talked on other shows. Keep it up guys because I love this show
Whoever they decide to hire/fire, SOMEONE needs to make sure this offensive line is a priority! i've finally had it and started making content about the topic as well. The continual failure is UNREAL!
Teams like the Rams have a game management coordinator to help the head coach with time-outs and challenges. The bears have been awful at both with nobody in this role. Are they too cheap or behind the learning curve?
Odunze was a miss as well…I think the kid is highly-talented, led the nation in contested catches. But that also means he probably isn’t creating the space a #1 wr needs to be making at that level. It was a deep wr class (Thomas Jr, McConkey, Worrhy) the pick needed to be a drop down for an additional 2nd rd pick
Or maybe they can bring back Mike Ditka, he is only 84, or 85, or Jimmy Johnson, Bill Parcels, I am sure there are some other old football coaches that I am forgetting about that would be available.
@@mrlaw711no I didn't know, but that wasn't even the point of my comment, it was the fact that the Bears have been down this road so many times making the wrong choice for GM and HC. They don't need any coach that is in his 70's that isn't going to be around for the next 7 to 10 years. I think there are a lot better choices available then Pete Carroll. But it won't matter who they choose as long as they are letting Ryan Poles select the coach and run the draft. They need to clean house from the top all the way to the bottom once and for all, and stop this cycle of disfunction. If Ditka is in a home and in hospice care my thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.
The no td bet for the game was like +157000 or something ridiculous. And I'm the idiot that thought about putting 10 bucks on it for a second and was like now why pissed away money I'm so stupid.
Detroiters screamed for the Ford family for the last 50 years to sell the team. I still like Poles. Expectations were much too high after the draft. We all knew the Bears still had major holes and a rookie quarterback.
It doesn’t even make sense how someone who has been hired at the NFL level, to be a coach of any type, is that bad at time management and decision making. It’s your JOB.
I'll put it simple without calling out any names. The talent on the team is great, but our Oline is a joke... Whoever hired our coaching staff, however, has to go. Same person? Then, don't let him be the sole decision maker when it comes to hiring the next coach. Talent on this team is ridiculous, that's undeniable, and someone brought them here... But we need help.
Bears fans can be so dumb at times lol. The number of people that have been shitting on Santos for absolutely nothing is just hilarious at this point. I remember you on this channel screaming "we finally have a kicker!" at the top of your lungs after Santos showed how accurate he was. Do you not remember what it was like a few years ago when we were trying to replace Gould and we couldn't find someone who could hit the broadside of a barn? It was raining, a wet field, a wet and heavy ball, in 30 degree weather. It would be an insainly hard kick no matter how strong your kickers leg was.
Been a bears fan since the early 60s this is just old every year why can't we do this right oh I know as long as the money coming in nothing is going to change unbelievable but I'll always be a fan
Carroll's like 87 years old. I swear, if they suggested the Bears might exhume George Halas and stick him on the side line with a play chart channels would report on it like it was imminent.
Pete Carroll has 2 sons in the NFL. He will want his OC Arizona Cardinal son as OC for Chicago. Then write in his contract clause that he turns the helm over to his son upon retirement. Your thoughts Harrison? Just like Belichek.
Why do we want the Bears to win the last game at this point???!!! They could possibly get up to the # 6 pick in the draft which might net them the best OT in the draft. Come on Bears fans, use common sense here. Think big picture!
I really like poles and I really love the deal that he pulled off so we could get Caleb, but the train has just gone totally off the rails and it's just come on three losing streaks of eight or nine games or more during his three year tenure we just need to clean house ain't nothing personal. It is what it is and everybody's gotta go. This has been such a train wreck.

You can fire everyone and it won't change a thing..... ownership is THE problem
Just complaining about what you can't change doesn't help anything. Ownership is what it is.
@inaneglory7431 all I hear is fire this guy and fire that guy, that's complaining.
I stated the obvious problem
Could you imagine if they actually fired Poles, and brought in Carroll... He is gonna bring Waldron back. Keep the geriatrics out of the coaching search and bring in some new blood so we can maybe compete again.
Plesse for the love of god fire Poles.
Almost like Williams isn’t all that
And drafting a wr at 9 was even dumber
Ben Johnson is not coming to this dumpster 🔥.
Bears need to use our backups as well. Need to see what we have and give them some experience for next year.
How many hc jobs has B Johnson turned down in last couple years? So why would he walk into Bears super mess?
Also everytime the media and fans overhype a up and coming coordinator they fail or are overwhelmed by being a head coach.
Nothing is going to change until the Bears hire a real head coach
Get rid of Poles, trade or release Caleb Williams, then go after a proven winner as a head football coach.
Pete carroll shouldnt coach the team. He wouldnt be able to fix the defense, which wouldve been his specialty.
Please play Bagent next week
This is an organizational dysfunction.
If the bears were serious about winning.
Virginia McCaskey has to fire Fanboy George,
Ryan poles,Kevin Warren, Scouts and Field staff.
She needs to refill the whole organization.
Fire the GM and sell the team Mc Caskey doesn't know what the hell there doing I'll be the coach l
If we get Pete Carroll, a head coach who clearly cost the Seahawks a Super Bowl over hubris by not handing it off to Lynch, then were worse than the dumbest mfkers on the planet, were insane.
The o-line is great but better then you are saying our QB holds the ball way to long every pass play
Firts thing this organization needs to do is fire Ryan Poles. NO top coach would even consider letting that guy have full say on the roster
DJ Moore low effort? He’s a dog out there. It’s a 4 win season and he’s trying to break tackles from 5 players at once.
Careful if you fire everyone no one will be left 😂
Pete Carrol is not a bad candidate we should of hired Jim harbaugj
Teams like the Rams have a game management coordinator to help the head coach with time-outs and challenges. The bears have been awful at both with nobody in this role. Are they too cheap or behind the learning curve?
Fire gm
@@William-d2j today
Pete carrol with lincoln riley as OC and head coach in waiting…..valid?
I hate to say this but we gotta get Briskers money off the books. If he ever comes back. He won’t be the same
Odunze was a miss as well…I think the kid is highly-talented, led the nation in contested catches.
But that also means he probably isn’t creating the space a #1 wr needs to be making at that level.
It was a deep wr class (Thomas Jr, McConkey, Worrhy) the pick needed to be a drop down for an additional 2nd rd pick
Beau Markut 😂 Flus? Some Bears fans are so ignorant 🙄
That’s like saying: Is it time to admit Ditka could have gotten them to every Super Bowl since XX.
“Anybody that has a fucking clue what there doing” that’s too much to ask for as a bears fan lmao
Or maybe they can bring back Mike Ditka, he is only 84, or 85, or Jimmy Johnson, Bill Parcels, I am sure there are some other old football coaches that I am forgetting about that would be available.
Pete coached last year and is the youngest 72 year old alive. Dude just wins.
Ditka is in home hospice...if you didn't know.
What’s funny is we KNEW we needed a new O line 3 years ago!! Justin was running for his life!!
And yet it was all field’s fault
Drafting Williams was stupider enough, taking a WR at #9 was worse
Detroiters screamed for the Ford family for the last 50 years to sell the team. I still like Poles. Expectations were much too high after the draft. We all knew the Bears still had major holes and a rookie quarterback.
Worsr offensive game ever !
Any coach would be an upgrade
It doesn’t even make sense how someone who has been hired at the NFL level, to be a coach of any type, is that bad at time management and decision making. It’s your JOB.
The man under pressure at the snap
He said flus, keep the team competitive, which he did. Because ever since he was fired, you can see this isn't at all a team with talent.
What kills is these people that say I’ll give him one year to try and fix it
I don't know if a first time coach can work anymore. I wanted ben johnson but the bears are such a mess i just don't know if you can do that.
Been a bears fan since the early 60s this is just old every year why can't we do this right oh I know as long as the money coming in nothing is going to change unbelievable but I'll always be a fan
The staff for Johnson you spare nothing, win other individuals laughed at Waldron around the league what the hell does that say!!
Keep all picks Draft offensive lineman
Wishful thinking next season for Oline
Ronnie Stanley LT, will campbell LG, Drew Dalman C, Trey Smith RG and Wright RT.
Get his ass outta here man.
If we are going to consider Pete Carroll, the bears should have contacted Bill belicheck.
Carroll's like 87 years old. I swear, if they suggested the Bears might exhume George Halas and stick him on the side line with a play chart channels would report on it like it was imminent.
Carroll is 73 and far more fit than the majority of men in Chicagoland in their 50's. I guarantee it.
😂😅 New GM new everything
Justin Fields could do everything that Caleb has shown
One play ends the season! Fire everyone, including the player who caused the play.
I think we should trade that draft pick down so we can get more picks for OL& DL
You intentionally skipped over super chats that criticized caleb. Freaking HILARIOUS
Pretty good programs. I enjoy your opinion. Sorry to see you go after next week. See you next year. Idaho
Let's focus on getting a GM first. Then look at coach
@@rayandannamcelligott5518 how about the prez. Warren is a bust
Dude. I played Madden a bunch back in the day. I think I could call a better game than Thomas Brown.
Pete Carroll has 2 sons in the NFL. He will want his OC Arizona Cardinal son as OC for Chicago. Then write in his contract clause that he turns the helm over to his son upon retirement. Your thoughts Harrison? Just like Belichek.
The Caleb crouch = sack
They're even worse without Eberflus
Fire Ryan Poles and hire a new GM when they hire Ben Johnson as their new head coach
You mean to tell me that our WR 's been locked down all year?!!!!😂🤦♂️
How about Mike Mccarthy from Dallas?
Poles should take Edmonds with him
I’m a packers fan but I love the content
@@dynamics83 go away. Ain’t you got a playoff game to lose
Go all in on Pete Carroll, proven to be a winner, does quick rebuilds , drafts Good, and loads of experience
MAN ALL THESE SPORTS APPS I LISTENING TO JUST LAUGH AT THE BEARS ORGANIZATION IS SO EMBARRASSING!! NATIONAL TELEVISION, OMG!!! 😂😂
Why do we want the Bears to win the last game at this point???!!! They could possibly get up to the # 6 pick in the draft which might net them the best OT in the draft. Come on Bears fans, use common sense here. Think big picture!
Mack and Smith trade you have to make things work!!
Who is the best impact offseason acquisition player they can acquire?
Do the coaches when it comes to play calling I'm just asking and thinking does upper management tell the coaches to run a certain play
From top to bottom clean house
# fire poles today And Warren, he sat back and watched the ship sink.
