Hi love, definitely you’re correct at your place but when it comes to professional makeup people invest tons and tons of money just for that important day, and airbrush makeup are different from other makeup techniques. So yes it is extremely unprofessional that they did not even bother to check the mail twice. And yes the hair aren’t that great. Suppose you’re at the 5star hotel and you ordered the best cuisine but they bring you another dish but that is infact very nice but you should get what you paid for. That’s professionalism.
