- Installing new main and aux batteries from autozone in my Wife's 2019 Jeep Compass with step by step procedure
Update: (From John Plus) Before you disconnect any of the battery terminals, the factory manual states to remove the IBS (Intelligent Battery Sensor) first and it's the last thing you connect after connecting the battery terminals. That is the sensor, black module attached to the negative terminal between the main battery and the fuse/relay box.

You mentioned at the end of your video “no reset like on the push”. What is the push you are talking about? I need to replace both batteries on my 2019 Compass and was told I couldn’t do it myself because it would mess up the computer. I’m hoping I can do what you did
@@tomkurish9697 My Porsche 911 has a reset procedure the Compass did not .. just make sure to remove ground wire 1st if in doubt you can go to a private garage and get this done ..
