SCX10-III strengths and weaknesses
Strengths
1. Simple portal axle
2. Excellent body detail
3. Multifunctional transmission
4. Realistic engine model
5. Inner fender
6. Quality improvement of shock absorber
Weaknesses
1. Selection of shock tower material (it is very strong and the screw is damaged)
2. Poor assembly instructions (many parts omitted in the second half)
3. Dedicated parts are not provided for shift and dig functions
My improvements
1. Expanded the rear link of the front wheel by 4mm (improved fender jamming and improved steering camber angle)
2. The handle of the front body fixing pin is caught on the tire and cannot be used.
General comments
It is very good compared to SCX10-II. Driving feeling, main power, real feeling, etc.
The chassis of a full tuning style is sure to exist in a simple Rubicon body.
If the weaknesses improve, it will be a perfect trail device.

1. 전륜 후부 링크를 4미리 연장함(휀더 걸림 개선과 조향 캠버 각도가 좋아짐)
2. 앞쪽 바디 고정 핀의 손잡이가 타이어에 걸려서 사용 불가함
총평
SCX10-II에 비해 매우 좋아졌다. 주행감, 주파력, 실차감 등등
심플한 루비콘 바디에 풀 튜닝 스타일의 샤시가 존재감이 확실하다.

I just performed the 4mm front link stretch on my 10iii build. One of the single best tips on 10.3 builds on UA-cam, looks correct (it was way off) and no rub Thank you! 😁🏁💯

The best Axial SCX iii build video by far#1. Can you explain to me why did you fill your shocks with 50% shock oil? And one last thing ...what kind of paint you used for the roof overspray?

Thanks friend. Fill the Shock Oil 50% can scale smooth drive. And 3m black coat paint or something similar is possible.

That is really good. You can paint it a color you like, right? Also, the tires are too big. Makes it look sick. They should've been a fraction smaller. And, where's the driver? Price, c'mon, price, tell me how much is it?

ben 14 agree, the tires look unbalanced with the rest of the truck. I’m the kind of guy who like a more accurate to scale look as the previous SCX10 models.

Looks like you did not build it with the dig unit, correct? I'd probably do the same.
Dig is a good feature, but I don't need it to drive in a real car style.
I have a question. This is a new type of body mount. Are there any parts for mounting other types of bodies such as SCX10ii and TRX4?

영상 깔끔하게 잘 보았습니다! 저는 알씨는 오래전부터 했지만 포털엑슬을 해보고 싶어 10iii 기추를 하려고 합니다.
그런데 이런저런 정보를 찾던 중 포털엑슬 특성상 휠 내측과 엑슬 케이스랑 닿아 굴러가지 않거나 엑슬에 직접적은 데미지를 주어 손상을 준다고 알 고있습니다.
그래서 보통 대안으로 2.2휠에 1.9타이어를 장착하신다고들 하는데 영상에서는 휠이 왠지 1.9같아 보여 여쭤봅니다^^
혹시 내경은 몇 mm인지 알 수있을까요? 또한 휠의 구매처를 추가적으로 알 고 싶습니다^^
그리고 추가적으로 아직 주변에서는 보지못해서 경험이 많으신것 같아 여쭤보는거지만 10iii 루비콘 순정 바디에 2.2 타이어를 장착하면 주행성능과 휀다 간섭이 궁금합니다^^

포털엑슬의 휠 장착 부위의 휠 간섭은 TRX4와 SCX10-iii 모두 공통의 사항입니다.
내측이 엑슬 허브에 닫는 문제인데 그런 문제가 생기는 휠은 명확하게 구분됩니다.
휠의 내측 조립 구조에 따라 구분되니 아래 링크를 참조하시면 좋겠습니다.
먼저 사용가능한 휠 내경 조립 구조입니다.

마지막으로 휠은 기능적인 면과 디자인 측면이 있는데 기능면으로 말씀 드리면 트라이얼에서 타이어는 사람의 손과 발에 해당합니다. 미끄럽고 거친면을 움켜 쥐어야하는 역할을 하기 위해서는 타이어는 두께와 압력이 그 역할에 영향을 미칩니다. 그래서 적당한 두께와 압력이 필요합니다. 1.9와 2.2.의 차이는 여기에 있습니다.
그리고 크기에 따른 차이는 너무 작으면 걸려서 못가고 너무 크면 경사면에서 잘 넘어지게 됩니다. 적당한 선택과 타협이 필요합니다. 저는 제조사의 순정 상태가 좋은 참고 기준이라고 생각하고 대부분 그 기준에 따릅니다.
