That is Beautiful. How did you figure out the right angles you needed with the Segway sled? Is there a special program that you used to calculate the measurements or is it just from trial and error/ experience?
Thank you Robert, It turned out really nice. In the beginning of the video you can see some triangles on the table saw. These are wedges that are cut at the correct angle to use to set the angle of the fences on the sled, the number of segments per ring determines the angle to use. The website segeasy.com has instructions on how to build the sled and they also sell the wedges for the sled. I hope this answered your question. I am planing a video that will hopefully explain the sled and the wedges in much more detail.

What kind of resin did you use? What did you use for a mold to cast your pencil pot?
Robert I used an epoxy resin called easy cast and used a cheap plastic bowl to cast it in. Thanks.
