Thany you for watching. He is a grest companion animal but he has his ways. He was mad at me yesterday when i changed our usual routine. So he refused to come in the house when i called . So he went and got in his hammock in his kennel to brood and pout! He is hilarious. Especially him and his now full grown cat! They go everywhere together to hunt rats. And other vermin. Best buds for life now. We now have a wildcat in the mix. He is a little kitten but flew on Cujo and split his nose open before i could stop him. His name is Jerry Lee aka Killer! He has to be part bobcat. He even looks like one, but with a full tail!
Thank you! I get comments on his good looks alla time. He is kinda hyper around new people. He likes to jump up in peoples faces and give em wet wolf kisses! Wolves greet each other by licking each others faces. He thinks everybody is a new wolf coming to join his pack! So he jumps up on people to lick their face. He's a handful i tell ya. Smart and cunning, but very hardheaded. He only does what HE wants to do. I have to repeat commands several times before he listens. I think he just tolerares me sometimes to get what HE wants. But a great animal all around!.
There are many wild dogs across America that look just like that! There is a whole pack of em in the Midwest that PBS did a show about! They all looked like Cujo! Sadly Cujo lost his cat Chattois! He disappeared! Now he has a cat named Killer! They are best buds too!
@@pedrorodriguez-ln1fo it's just like a Calupoh, but my daughter said they found him in the marsh of South Louisiana, so he most likely a mix of Grey wolf n German Sheppard! Same breed different region! Mine Issa Cajun, calupoh!
My daughter found him at a shelter. He is a trip too! He is a wolf in a dog suit and doesnt act like any dog i ever trained. Hes all wolf in temperament and attitude! But a general all around great dog. If you can overlook their independence! Lol!
@@kortgreen7725 thats great I don’t mind the temperament. These are a rare breed In finding. Might have to go to Mexico where they are originally from.
@@Zayn913 it looks that way. I dont know of any breeders here in the states! I wish u well with yours if u can find one. They are a handful. Mine has been hangin around his swamp cat too much. He's taken to climbing trees after da squirrels now! He never ceases to amaze me!
Your dog is precious, he is identical to my calupoh, yes they are stubborn! but great companions for the family.

Quiero uno.
That's about as handsome as a dog gets. How's the temperament of the Calupoh? Does he tolerate house guests well?

Does the calupohs howl or vocalize as huskies or malamutes? Both your pets are adorable.
Yes he does! He howls like a wolf too! Thanks for watching! I have a few more vids of him chasing rats on my channel!
