AS 2001 ALLPRO - Quick fix for misalignment of the grinding wheel

How to recognize that the scale knob's setting is off and how to do a quick fix for this problem.
If it still is not sharpening straight there could be other error sources for that:
1. The blade needs more passes.
2. The blade and angle tester needs to be cleaned.
3. The blade and angle tester is worn out.
4. Check that the blade is not concave or convex (when the blade has a coating it will make the blade's sides convex).

Are you meaning the scale knob? You can replace the scale knob when it is worn out. We have the spare part, just order it from us.

Silly, that weight presses with more force in the middle than at the two ends!

So, basically, if it doesn't work as sold and intended, just eat that and ajust manually. Also, with time one would need more ajustment, because sledge would incline to the face side of machine, because rail mechanism can't hold the sledge. Definitely sounds like 10000€!
