So after this race elliotts 94 team stopped at the mcdonalds headquarters near me on their way back after this race. My neighbor worked there and got us in. It was awesome. The real haulers and cars, no show cars. So i got to see bills freshly race run batman car a day or 2 later. And wasnt just bill either, they had yates, cruz, and mcclenathans pro stock funny car and top fuel there plus their teams and drivers. Got to meet them all. Bill made it thru the race clean. Car wasnt too badly beat up. But i remember the lower front end looked like itd been totally sandblasted lol. Oh yea, joe gibbs was there too lol. He owned the dragsters. So i met him too. Crazy day

Earnhardt knew how to sidedraft. That's why is was so much better on the big tracks than the others. I know Daytona killed him and he only one 1 500 but he won 34 races there, 16 at Talladega. 6 at Michigan. All the big tracks he used the side draft way before the others realized there was a side draft.
Beautiful race track, very well manicured back when Penske owned it. Great crowd, beautiful weather, great show and the cars sounded good.

Was there. Michigan never disappointed. Thanks for the share.
DJ Allen Bestwick with the intro LOL
Great racing at Michigan. Bobby Labonte in victory lane ! 👍🏁
Michael Waltrip throwing down in the post race. Shame he couldn't drive half as good as he did at throwing haymakers.
Michael Waltrip's gridwalk
awesome race thanks for this
Labonte just won at Michigan recently in iRacing.
The glory days of NASCAR. Gone forever. I miss these days

What is the name of the opening song?
Thanks for posting this race!!
jimbobv4 "You Can't Catch Me" by the late, great Chuck Berry.
1:58:38 Lake Speed Crash
Wallace had a rocket ship the last 20 laps, but couldn't split Jarrett & Andretti...would have been some kind of finish if he had.
Good race.
it's painful watching them not know how to side draft

Rudd had the car to beat and bad luck struck again. I don't know a driver that that happened more to than Rudd.
D T mark martin?
Ken Schrader gets my vote. Several races in which he had the car to beat only to have a mechanical failure
The good ole day's with nothing but American car's
