They should have made the BAS-P and Chimera part of the M4 platform. Maybe they would have had their place in Multiplayer then.

I'm about 90% sure the reason for the Vector's lower receiver geometry is that the Super V recoil system is its own patent.

I love how the slower extended mags animations provide a contextual balancing reason for why they're so slower and clumsier:
If you were carrying 18-inch long magazines that housed 60 rounds of 5.56x45mm ammunition and probably weight 8 pounds, you'd miss the magwell or have to readjust it to get it to properly fit

For the Lachmann Sub (or all of the Lachmann Meer guns) in the inspect animation, the operator takes the magazine out and inspects the chamber, doing this will damage the bolt due to how the bolt-lock-back mechanism works. Just slightly moving the bolt out of place can jam and scratch or even crack the bolt when fired. And when you take a mag out without locking the bolt back first, you’ll have to jam the mag back into the gun, and doing that will damage the feeding part of the bolt.
I thought that was only with older MP5s.

One (probably not so fun) detail: the whole “front sight half cut off” is possible in real life as well, and sometimes necessary, it’s not just a video game thing. According to Larry Vickers in his UMP45 video, the ring front sight tends to get in the way when using a red dot sight(this can be seen especially with the M16A4 in PUBG, and UMP45 when using any scope), so cutting it in half provides better visibility. His UMP45 also has the front sight cut in the exact same way.
I suppose that would be the cheaper option,as opposed to getting a riser.
I like the cut in half sights because they look more…. uhhhh aggressive or threatening something like that

Your showcases are always my favorite, so much detail and effort put into them
Honestly I thought the campaign was a bit lackluster but overall I'm enjoying MW2 and think the animations and weapon models are pretty decent. I also like that with the standard reloads there's a little bit of a struggle to reload, adds to the realism in my opinion. Like even the most well trained soldier would still have a slight struggle. I especially like the inspection for the minibak SMG because of the struggle with the mag. Loved the video mate. Keep it up.
I have a suggestion for future showcases - you could show us your favorite build for weapons or how you think it looks the best.
+ Hear me out...with the AKs that do the Iraqi reload without a stock - the thumb could be providing that leverage by wrapping around the pistol grip.
+ The extended banana mags for the AKs clip through certain grips when reloading.
Good thing about the 2 glock pistols. The Glock 17 can be turned into a semi-automatic carbine. while its fully automatic counterpart can be turned into a submachine gun.

This man is a FUCKING superhero. Not just recording the base weapons, but unlocking them, searching for information, add all Sleight of Hand animations with every mag option, and even having time to draw masterpieces of paintings. Yes, he can forget that the Scar is from 2004, but all the job that he does because he wants, is just AMAZING. A round of applauses for this guy, because he earned it (i don't know if is a woman, in that case, sorry for saying he)

Even though the guns names and models are bastardized versions of the real thing. Least the overall function is somewhat true to real life. Heres to hoping for a good year or two with this game.
Actually, IW had a pretty good reason the change the names of the guns. If they used the real names, they'd be drowning in lawsuits.

One thing about Mossberg. As I checked, all tubes capacities hold 1 less ammo compared to irl ones, except Super Shorty one
because Cod doesn't like +1 mechanic, so every chamber in this game don't hold additional round. I don't know but just get used to it
@@hailuong9295 thing is, in the game both mossberg and m1014 do load ammo in the chamber, and if u reload mossberg right after shooting, you will not load one in the chamber, and overall capacity will still be -2 (one not loaded in chamber and one missing overall) from real life and the super 90 capacities ar only accurate if we consider it being loaded with 3" ammo

About the Vector having a thin receiver, it has been a recurring theme in the recent Call of Duty series as having a near recoilless gun would probably be a little or may even be too overpowered compared to the rest of the guns....

I honestly prefer 2019's sound design, gun variety, names, models, and overall feel. Animations are good though and less inaccuracies and more cool details. My favorite animation is probably the revolver inspect.
Maybe I'm a bit blind, but in 59:06 it looks like the game has a bit of inconsistency in models/animations, the empty mag hits the foregrip and that changes his rotation during his fall, but the new mag pass through the foregrip like if was invisible, or idk maybe both do that, bc even at low speed i cant see it well.

Why did you hate the campaign? it was pretty good. It wasn't as good as MW2019 in my opinion, but it was better than Vanguard's and Cold Wars.
He said that the story is not that good considering the main antagonist is there for the plot, among other things. Besides, some of the missions have bad level designs. That's what I can recall.
