Yes, very true. It seems it really depends on the local rules and the willingness of roasters or trainers. Unfortunately so many roasters, cafes and trainers have closed themselves to the public. @@CoffeeTraining Yes, Corona'd made learning more complicated but 💪. I live in South Korea. I really want to learn more, so I think I am gonna go to seoul, where my teacher had learned, I live in a small city and all I could learn is just intermediate barista skills and basics to brewing and sensory.
@@xafafx Korea has a FANTASTIC Coffee culture! I am sure you can find some great inspiration and many SCA trainers. I hope they can open their courses to you. It sounds like you already have some good courses. When travel bans lift or ease I hope to come back to China and train again with my partners there in Beijing and Hangzhou. I would be thrilled to visit Korea to offer some Intermediate and Professional courses as well : ) Just need the host.
Please sir We do appreciate your teachings, you are really doing a fantastic job for the coffee community. I’m really interested in knowing the best ratio of coffee to water for cupping coffee coffees and what is the best grind size and temperature for the water?. I really need answers please
