    As a fourth-year Agriculture Science student at Paklihawa campus in Bhairahawa, Nepal, and a Fellow of One Million Leaders Asia (OMLAS), Oshan had a privilege to delve into various leadership styles, roles, and perspectives. Through OMLAS training, he has explored the sustainability of various projects and their activities, empowering him to work with deep meaning. These experiences have strengthened his vision for sustainable impact and deepened his commitment in giving back to the community.
    His project "Empowering Marginalized Farmer Groups for the Production and Commercialization of Local Agri-products", focuses rural region of Nepal, is set to make a difference. This initiative seeks to provide financial independence to marginalized farmers by encouraging the cultivation and commercialization of local agricultural commodities with high market value.
    Through this project, he aims to address key Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs); SDG: 1 No Poverty, SDG 2: Zero Hunger, and SDG 13: Climate Action. By empowering small-scale farmers, he can not only alleviate poverty and hunger but also contribute to sustainable agricultural practices that combat climate change.
