How the employee came to know the status of his claim whether rejected, approved or on hold?

Hi, There are two ways. In this example, this is a shared sheet. Employees can check the table report to check pending and approved count for their claims and use the filter views to review their claims.
Second, if you'd like email notifications to be sent, then you can use third party plugins that trigger emails based on rules that you will set.
