No it's more like cut content. It's actually how the throne was supposed to function before the void was made into an explorable place. You were supposed to simply encounter your New God form like that. I used 2 pieces of cut content in this run and this old version of the Throne of Ascension is one of them.
@@petym9827 due to the way rpgmaker handles indexing, it's way simpler for developers to move cut content out of bounds than it is to remove them. the cut content is still in the game, just in places you aren't supposed to be able to get to. it's not modified.
When you use The Passages, you're already in Ma'habre. The cube I empty scrolled, is not the one you can find in the game, but one the developer left in as a secret, I suppose. This is how the cube was supposed to work some years ago, from what I can remember. To actually enter Ma'habre using The Passages, you don't even need the cube. You just walk through some shitty collision.
In previous versions of the game, this is how the game would end. Miro, the developer, later made the void an actual explorable map. This cut version of the throne, which is situated underneath the golden temple hallway, can still send you to that previous version and trigger the same ending D just the same way. Essentially just cut content.
Thats looks cool.
Aaand I would like to ask - how you skip dialogues and change characters in the equipment selection so quickly (0:40)?
if you hold w or page down in rpg maker games, it usually skips on-screen dialogue
@@jas3.14 Thank you 👍
That's a ludicrous amount of RNG for such a short run lol
Very good run btw
Thank you!
Brooooo how much time did u put in that game heard it is f'ing difficult
Im almost at the 300 hours mark. It's hard if you don't know anything. But the more you play, the more you know, the easier it gets!
@@jas3.14 300! I would quit after 5 holy shit
So in f&h difficulty you don't go through the void, but get the ending instantly? Or was that a glitch I missed?

@@jas3.14 That's actually really interesting. So is this like a modified version of the game ?

@@all-bonesjones Ah ok I understand now. Thanks for explaining.
Nice
Wait you can just use the cube during the Passages of Mahabre and enter Mahabre????

So how did you just magic D'arce and Ragnvaldr into the party at the start?
Look closely. There's a tile in the entrance that when pressed gives u the knight and outlander
How did u get the new god to spawn right after you sit on the throne?
