7years old video but still Better than other latest educators!
You Proved
Old is Gold❤
Bhai iss baar ke syllabus me ye hai??
hnn@@AlokEmpire
8year old video, but concept is still crystal clear.
sir ..plz make a vedio on the *ring contraction* during the pinacole and pinacolone rearrangement
At 7:38 you said phenyl will move but if we move then won't 2 phenyls will have too much repeltion in the right ? Plz reply
other side on rearrangement it will have two phenyl groups means more repulsion than earlier , if you can explain this it will be really helpful
Did u also stuck in 2018 question??
yeah , but both phenyls become perpendicular and will be in different planes , hence repulsion would be less
Yes i m @@LionelChopra
Thank you so much sir. Other teachers in coaching as well as you tube are taking at least half an hour but you explained it so simply. We really need such videos.
Sir is very important video of pinacol and pinacolon rearrangment thanks sir
6:54 Similar concept question came in JEEADV 18 paper. :')
Did u get IIT ?
No, he got MIT
@@pchhabra Woah!
Sir you are doing a great job stay blessed
in the second example, sir methyl group should shift as there is double bond character between phenyl and carbon...plz clarify sir...
sir i have one request for you that you please upload part-4 of the challenging problems of iit-jee series......it will be very helpful:)
How ur life is going bro..kis college me hi

Hello sir, i am preparing for NEET and i am totally dependent on internet , somehow i watched your video recently, you are awesome sir, you explain things so simply that i understood the hardest topic of my life-organic. but now i am facing problem on finding the sequences of these video, even different playlists are there but i can not understand which is next to another. So please if you could suggest me the sequences of the playlists i will be obliged.thank you
Follow the sequence of ncert
Now that it's 2 years later which collegee you got into bro
Bro did u qualify neet?
I am also studying from internet.. so need some motivation

beautifully explained... helped me at my exams...thank you!
Thanks u so much sir

Good luck 😊🙌🏻
Thankyou sir
When Oxygen is forming double bond with carbon in the last step; is the hydrogen getting detached from oxygen?
Sir methyl shift hota tou phenyl wo carbocation ko jyada stablize kr skta tha na 🤔🤔
Thank you so much sir😇
sir thank you so much
mzaa aa gya sir
LOVED YOUR VIDEO ❤
Superb Explanation
Shall we check migratory aptitude everytime or only when there is back bonding then we should check it?
very nicely explained sir......
Excellent sir
Best explanation
Thank you sir
THANK YOU SIR
Migration of Ph group is not because of loosely held. It is dependent on migratory aptitude
Apurv Shewale that is itself the reason of ph having high migratory aptitude
@@pranavpanicker1120 pakka? I don't think so. Coz Ph having a high resonating factor... Is held tightly?
I am not a genius but I think this should be the case
Nice. Sir, please also make a video on wagner meerwein rearrangement 🙏🙏🙏🙏
you are amazing sir.thanku
great
#गजब सर 😀
sir you nailed it!!
6:54 yahi question aaj Aakash ke paper me dikha
Hats off
Sir carbocation more stable first time banna zaruri hai kya?
Three memberd ring mai banana bond par doubt hai hai sir ,
Phenyl will feel repulsion from whom ? And when phenyl migrates to other position phenyl phenyl will not repel each other??
ua-cam.com/video/VMlJgUqnTRo/v-deo.html
see this vdo
Sir, plz give the list of migrating aptitude for this reaction in decreasing order
ua-cam.com/video/VMlJgUqnTRo/v-deo.html
see this vdo for migratory aptitude order
Phenyl>methyl>H
Sir , what about the cases when , there is non symmetrical diols , where to protonate ?
Sir can we use conc H3p03/heat as reagent for this reaction
Sir but phenyl ki jagah agar methy shift karenge to positive charge reonance stabilize ho jayega jo zyada stable hoga??
Maja aagaya sir
Thanks ❤️ ❤️
Sir mechanism ke bare thoda explain kr dijiyega
If dilute H2SO4 taken
sir at 7:45 shouldn't ch3 move rather than ph as it is less bulky?
Any Time Padhai Academy
But in product repulsion will be more na
Not able to see your board properly explanation is supper
sir please upload semi pinacol pinacolone rearrangement
Sir please help
After migration of phenyl
isn't there large repulsion between the two ph group
Did you get the ans for that now that it's one year I have same doubt also if ph stayed there it would hav got great resonance why did it go 😟
I think there is repulsion but if you have seen the stability of carbonation series the 1st one is 3 degree phenyl only
Sir cyclic structures waale examples karado, woh complex hain, yeh toh easily understandable hain.......
Super sir
But phenyl ka migration over methyl, smjh ni aya!
Phenyl shift hua tp steric hindrance v to hoga.
Also if methyl shifts then + charge on alpha carbon will be stabilized by phenyl... So methyl shift should have occurred but thats not true
The fact is that phenyl shift doesn't happen like shown in video that the carbon sigma bond shifts to + carbon. In fact the phenyl group is electrophilic and provides electron to nucleophilic + carbon and then to rearomatize the ring takes electron from old carbon to which it was attached. Similar to phenyl shift that happen in cumene to phenol formation.
To really know what is happening you can refer this

Migratory aptitude H > ph > me
Good
Sir isme or beckmann rearrangement mai kya difference h?
Nice
Sir plz tell me order of migratory amplitude of H R and phenyl groups
Sir which software do u use to record this..🤔🤔
IN THE SECOND REACTION WONT THE POSITIVE CHARGE DUE TO THE LOSS OF WATER DO RESONANCE WITH THE PHENYL GROUP ,FORMING A DOUBLE BOND WITH THAT GROUP ITSELF
Thnx
Welcome
Sir is it that always phenyl will have a greater migratory attitude than methyl? If not then when will such happen

Oxygen atoms ke bech Repulsion nahi hoga in pinacole rxn?
Sir
.plz make video on tosyle group
sir, positive charge or phenyl resonance nhi karega?
Excellent......,
My priority is just "any time padhai"💖💖💖
Sir 7:20 pe + charge kyu oh ke side jana chahega wo to pehle se hi resonance stabilized hai.

Sir it's really helpful.... Bs Sir writing ki thickness jada HI kam hai
2 phenyl groups on the same carbon.?
Is it stable.?
Wont there be steric hinderence..?
Yes there will be steric hindrance but stable as compared to other product formed
Sir Which step will be RDS in last question ?
sir pinnacol ka symmetry hona zaroori toh nahi hai na sir?
But sir phenyl phenyl side mai age tho repulsion jayeda hojayege plz answer sir
Sir migratory aptitude keya hai usma Ek video bana dezea na.......
Sir, are these videos in order ?
I cant believe that these are 6 year old🤗❤
Sir agar different groups honge to kaise karenge...both side different groups
Kya mst pdhaya wow👍👌
Aapko migratory aptitude ka order bhi batana chahiye tha.. Baki sab badhiya tha
It varies with many conditions, it’s not standard
Sir thank you but you did't tell us about rds step in rxn
Sir padhate to bahut achha h lekin unke mic me bolne par whistling awaaz jyada aati h uske vajah se irritation hone lagta h. Sir please improve the quality of your mic.😁👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🙏🙏
Y is there a transfer of pH group and not of ch3 group, can you please explain it sir🧐🧐
Because phenyl is bulkier and face more repulsion. Therefore loss of phenyl is more favoured.
i lv u sir
Sir apki awaj alag lag rahi hai is video me💎
Sir phenyl shift hone se pehle carbocation resonance stablised Tha to phi pH shift ku hua?
fagon angry because car bocation would be reso stabilized from two ends, lp of oxygen - + and phenyl and + .
What if only one side there is ph and the other side there is H
6:10 sir OH ka H kaha gaya 😢
went back to the acid it came from.
sir its necessary that the compound should have a symmetry?
More questions on it or some archives reqd. In this video
👌😇
sir, hydrogen; methyl; phenyl, mein kiski migratory amplitude tendency zyada hai?
Sir, in the (OC ) complete, are all videos in sequences and complete
is fevorskii rearrangement important for jee adv
yeh internet india ka har kona kona pohochta toh sala har ghar se ek chemist nikal ta ,,becuase of these videos,, thank you very much for the videos sir
i am a student of yours i know i should have some patience and ask this doubt in the class but i m really very curious that why dont we hydrolyse ether and get pinacol why do we need to react acetone with Mg(Hg) and H20.?

6:10 Here where H of carbon gone in final product (as you directly made double bond O ) would anyone explain
Loss of H+ as catalyst !!......it's a simple thing 😉😉😉😉😉
