Because of varying tempo lengths, out-of-range notes, and extra sounds, this would require extensive datapacks in order to run. Even if I provided an NBS file, your best bet would likely be to swap out a music disc's file for a custom audio file to hear this in-game instead of using physical note blocks :)

it's a hidden nbs feature that's really easy to use! create a custom instrument without any instrument loaded into it, and name it "Tempo Changer" (including caps). then, place it down where you want to change the tempo and change the note pitch to match the desired bpm. hope this helps! :)
