This looks like an AU where Charlie turns evil.
The way I interpret the story of this animatic is Lucifer and Lilith are evil in this AU and destroy Charlie’s dream to reform demons and shut down the hotel. Vaggie and the other residents of the hotel abandon Charlie. Then the extermination happens and Charlie joins the angels to help them kill demons. She then kills her parents with an exterminator spear.
Is my interpretation accurate?

Lucifer and Lilith, according to the idea of the video, are not evil, just their adult point of view turned out to be true.
It's been a year since the hotel opened, but Charlie's idea of correcting sinners has failed. None of the sinners came there after the Angel Dust l(there was not enough timing and space in the clip to show that new guests did not come to the hotel).
Since the hotel became empty, and this building, according to the pilot, belonged to Charlie's parents, they closed it. They, at least Lucifer, predicted to Charlie from the pilot that her idea was unrealistic and naive (in the pilot, leaving a message to Lilith, she lamented that her father was right)
On the poster wall, I wanted to briefly show the fate of the other heroes of the hotel: Angel returned to his mania in the hands of Valentino, Alastor returned to running his show - not in the hotel, and Vaggie disappeared. I didn't think about where she'd gone. It was important to leave Charlie alone, so that without any support she would "break down."
A poster on the wall says that the day of a new purge has come. And remembering all the ridicule and humiliation of sinners over his idea, Charlie finally "breaks down." Malice and frustration take over her and her demonic essence begins its "apocalypse". She begins to destroy hell, and burn the sinners she now hates, because she understands, as the proverb says, only the grave will fix the hunchback.
Her parents fall into her hot hand or in the confusion (Lilith's hair catches fire accidentally). And since this is the day of the purge, the fighter angels are also coming. Seeing such prey as the king of hell in an open area, a party decides to attack him.
Lucifer goes to deal with them, but Charlie, seeing another culprit for his failure with the idea - the angels, decides to crush them too. She sweeps them all away, along with Lucifer. She decides to take the angelic spear into service. And then her angelic power / form manifests itself (the father was an angel, his power is also in Charlie), which was awakened by the angelic weapon. With renewed vigor, she continues to destroy sinners and Hell.

I just thought Charlie’s parents were evil in this AU because they were smiling in an evil way in the scene when they were holding construction tools. Also, I think in the canon show, Vaggie would never leave Charlie because she loves her so much and is super supportive of her
@@Catsrgrt @Catsrgrt I've been thinking about it. Of course, Vaggie herself wouldn't have left Charlie. But it's still Hell. Theoretically, someone could have killed her and the like. At least the same Alastor, they obviously have a little conflict. If one fan's theory had been correct, that Alastor had gotten into their hotel gang only to contribute to Charlie's fiasco, rather than prevent it, then he might well have gotten rid of Vaggie for that purpose.
There was just nowhere to tell about it in the video, the vector of the story would have gone from Charlie to Vaggie .

It was at this point Lilith and Lucifer knew, they had F***ed Up Beyond All Repair!!! Charlie begins the apocalypse of all the 7 rings of Hell!! The Pride, Envy, Wrath, Sloth, Gluttony, Greed, and Lust Rings all are wiped out by the now consumed by rage, hatred, and wrath Charlie Morningstar!! And soon, followed by Earth and Heaven.

No, she didn't kill Husk, Nifty, and Dust. I described the whole story in the comments below, as briefly as I could😅
In the scene with the posters on the wall, I wanted to convey their fate as briefly as possible: Angel Dust returned himself to Valentino, to his "profession" and mania; Alastor, realizing that nothing interesting would happen to the hotel anymore, returned to hosting his show on the radio outside the hotel. Nifty and Husky are bound by contracts with Alastor and left the hotel with him.
After the apocalypse Charlie... She could have destroyed them, under the influence of anger👹

So you will still need to buy a computer-licensed version of the program 12, and it costs, even at a discount for students taking animation courses - solidly😅 So first I will need to sign up for courses and buy a program, then I will continue working on this animation.

What exacly happened? Did Charlie turn violent and started to kill the angels?
What is happening in this animatic
During Charlie's "apocalypse", her parents also fall under it - Lilith's fire touches her long hair (the joke is that Lilith's long hair is not very practical for hell), Lucifer manages to "put out" them with his cloak. The extermination from the angels begins immediately. Seeing the "king of hell" within walking distance, they attack him, Lucifer leaves Lilith to attack them.
Charlie intervenes in their brawl and scatters both Lucifer and the angels on his own. She takes an angel spear from one of them in a blackout. This "activates" her angelic powers from her Lucifer father, as a result, she becomes a demon angel fighter)

The animatic itself was drawn before the release of the hasbeen hotel episodes, only based on information from the pilot. It would be correct to redraw a little, taking into account the information from the series, but please, There are already 250 keyframes drawn and this is without taking into account the intermediate ones for smooth movement.
As a result, I will need to draw 2 times more🥲, so I will draw only the final version of the already prepared scenes. Except that I'll redraw Charlie's hairstyle like in the TV series, no more)

I do not know what outcome Vivien is preparing for Charlie's idea - positive or negative, I assumed a negative outcome, especially if a friend who constantly supports Charlie disappears from the plot. It would be time for a new purge, in which the "good girl" in Charlie would break down, and the "bad girl" in despair would gain strength and act as demons should have done with sinners, which her family is also - like angels.
