I always thoroughly enjoy these types of videos. Especially getting to learn some new things about you, as well as older facts. It is always a pleasure learn more about your personal and professional life. Also, the ear to ear whispers were so tingly!!!
As a senior in college about to graduate with a mechanical engineering degree, it’s so cool hearing how you went into three different industries and then switched full time to UA-cam. Would love to hear more about your professional career path as an engineer especially since I can see myself moving through different industries as well. Anyway, love your content especially your inaudible whisper videos!
We love you Sarah, with any mic, anytime, with your rock climber nails and all the other things that make you YOU! I actually find your squeaky chair kind of comforting. Makes it more like hanging out with someone in real life :) This was super interesting and relaxing to listen to. I’ve been watching your channel since the early days and it’s lovely to watch you evolve and grow, as a person and as a creator. I really resonated with what you said about hobbies vs work and keeping some things you love “for yourself” - going to ponder that some more, as I’m getting ready to launch my wellness coach business and begin a new phase of my work life. Your videos are always helpful to me Sarah, both to calm my anxiety, and also just to experience your warmth and uplifting attitude when I need a boost. Thank you for everything you do for us. Whether its ASMR, engineering, nonprofit work, art or anything else, you will always be a star at what you do! xo
Sarah, I am a new subscriber but I have to say that your energy is really amazing and your voice is so calming. Thank you so much for your videos. I wish you the best! ❤
You’re lighting is phenomenal in this video, but also you’ve always had a very unique presence that makes for comforting asmr. I’ve enjoyed watching and am excited to keep following your channel
Around the 10:20 mark when you cupped the ears and were talking was soooo tingly. I love it. Thank you for another great vid! I love these kinds of whisper rambles and getting to know you a little more. Thanks again. ♥️
Listening to you, Sarah, is like sitting opposite my best friend, sipping on coffee and talking about the old times. It's a beautiful video, as always. Love to you 💕
Mechanical Engineering Student here! It is very inspiring to hear how you've been pursuing your dreams :) I would love to hear more about your career in future videos!
Opening up like that to such a wide audience takes intestinal fortitude, especially for being so open and honest about who you are personally. Thank you for that insight; it only makes me appreciate you even more.
I love this kind of video. If I have my eyes closed it feels like someone is right there in front or behind me whispering in my ears. Super relaxing. Thank you always
your beautiful calming aura and energy come through in every video, and that above any trigger is the most relaxing thing, so helpful for stress or when I'm anxious, thank you for your videos, they are truly a wonderful gift 💜 hope you're doing well, sending lots of love and positivity :) 💜💜
I didn’t even know what asmr was until recently and I’ve seen so many now but you are my favorite and I loved this type of video from you. It helps me and I hope others relate to you on a personal level and not just someone on a screen doing a video for money. Thank you so much for what you do because I struggle with sleep and you’ve helped me so much!
You're a really cool person Kat. Your partner is really lucky. Loved deep the ear whispering and of course the emphasis on "D'" and "T" sounds. Also the tapping on the ears of the microphone was really nice form of tapping I hadn't heard before. You'll always be my favorite ASMRtist, thanks for the mid day relaxation, and the digital company.
I love anything you do! But, more triggers with the whispers would be great! I love the conversation pace. I especially love the conversational roleplaying videos!! ❤️ As a side note, my husband is a mechanical engineer! ☺️
I didn't even realize that the thing I have been waiting for, for 2 years, since I stumbled on your soothing channel, was ASMR Engineering videos! But you just planted this seed in my mind, Sarah Lavender, and I hope you intend to water it! I know this would be a bit different than your usual fare... could this be the beginning of a second Sarah Lavender channel?! I know I would subscribe.
I’m a new subscriber and so happy to have found your channel. You are seriously helping me so much getting through a very stressful time in veterinary school. Also you can adopt a puppy! lots of rescues and shelters get litters/puppies that we’re abandoned and whatnot. 💜💗💙
Lol. The opposite situation happened to me. My grandma told me that I have Spanish (European) blood, but according to genetic tests I actually have 5% Native American genetics (from the southwestern area of North America). This makes sense though since I live in Arizona and my grandma was told her ancestors have been here for hundreds of years. Though, we know it's more like thousands of years based on archaeology.
I really enjoyed this video, interesting to learn more about you. 😊 I've recently tried to learn Spanish on Duolingo and not gotten too far! Lots of respect moving to a different country to learn it's language. Anyway thanks for sharing 🩷
I was in mechanical engineering in school but changed to a couple different things. I finally landed in IT and networking. I have my associates in IT networking and now pursuing my bachelor’s for network engineering. Thank you for sharing these facts with us!! ❤❤
I loved hearing more about you Sarah, you have a really interesting life and personality! Also think we share quite a few of the same values and outlook on life ❤️
You're such a lovely and warm person and you always make me feel safe and accepted. ❤🥰 Thank you! I can recommend books by Per Jensen if you want to do some more research on dogs to help decide future adoption methods etc. I was lucky enough to have him as a professor at uni when I did courses on ehtology and the behavioural biology of dogs. Truly fascinating subjects and so rich in universally useful information! Jensen is one of the big names in the field, especially regarding dogs, and he writes both course literature and books for lay people. Entertaining and well written too, so not a tough read either. 😄 Only problem is that I don't know how many of his books are available in English.
AHHH i hadn’t finished this video cuz i fell asleep, but you saying that your bisexual makes me feel very seen because i’m also bisexual, and it’s so cool that you’re open about it :))) love you the mostest
Hi Sarah, thank you so much for your videos! You are without question my favourite ASMR artist, and I've recently subscribed to your Patreon. I just wanted to say congratulations on your level of Spanish! I emigrated to Spain just before Brexit, and my wife and I managed to find enough work to get our residency, but I am nowhere near reading Harry Potter! It's all those verb conjugations! I have just started reading Treasure Island in Spanish, so hopefully I'm improving. You're absolutely right that immersion is the best teacher, though classes have, of course, helped, too. I certainly need to watch more Spanish TV, I feel like that would be a great help. How did you find moving abroad? I found it such a mix of both excitement and trepidation. Anyway, thanks again, and good luck with both your channel and your language learning!
Here in my Eastern Europe country, some of the stray dogs aren't spayed, so they give birth to little homeless puppies. My mom has rescued around 10 dogs already, both old and puppies and has managed to get in contact with adoption organisations and send them away to people that want them. Maybe there are such options in the US as well? Old dogs deserve love as well, but you are allowed to have your own preferences, and get to raise your pet the way you want to!
Love the conversational slow speed of this video! I also love the arts but opted for a professional services job for the $ & now arts are my side hobby but that’s probably better anyways as you pointed out :) also def have always thought you were part Native American so your dad’s not crazy😂
