THANKS SO MUCH FOR WATCHING!!!!
Man, I can't help but think the missing tool box piece was what was next to it. And you didn't realize (for the second time). 20:25. You were digging into it for a second time. It wasn't just a container container. 😂😂😂😂. Am I wrong?
No way! They shut down the store and made it a yard sale?!! Wowee! You two hit pay dirt! ( : There were sooo many cool items there! ( : I am sooo impressed with the sale today! Sooo awesome to get to go with you guys shopping at such a cool antique sale today! Too fun! ( :
That $3 box of clock parts is a crafter's dream! 😍😍
That's what I was thinking!
Kayla you could have used the folding dish towel rack to display necklaces on at your booth ??
Great idea! ( :
I think that's cool you going to yard sales and thinking of what your dad would like that s awesome
Always looking for something for dad
What an incredible yard sale. Love sales like this. I saw 100 things I would buy! Always love to see what you pick.
Right?! ( :
The acid test for anything you buy ‘you could put stuff in it and carry it around’😂
Man all kinds of gold at this sale
Kayla buy the old Betty Crooker cookbook
I don't think so but I have that same one, sits out on display!
I was thinking the same thing!
Julian I started laughing when you were looking at the clock parts and Kayla says “What you gonna do with that”. I was thinking the same lmao.
Lol 😀😃 - i am now thinking the same thing
So. for old gears and clock parts, a lot of cosplayers love to "detail" their costumes with them, especially those who are making steam-punk outfits.
I would have bought the clock parts, too, for the keys.
@@tmcdongood point! My daughter is a cosplayer and makes all her own costumes! ( :
Tat plastic bin of stuff is so steampunk. Very cool
People often come into my antique store looking for old clock parts, gauges, etc for their steampunk creations. I have seen some of the coolest lamps, art and decor made by people recycling those old parts!
i agree 100%! i think they will sell great
Congrats on the booth, I’ll stop by and say “Hi”.🎣
That would be awesome!!!! 😀
Thank you for being so consistent with your daily videos. I really look forward to watching you two! Is this a yard sale that happens all the time? They have the coolest stuff!
no i have been there once before but it was very small - maybe a year ago - they had awesome stuff
Lots of crafters use old clock parts to create with…good luck with your booth💞
thank you!
That was a cool sale, I love sales like that, lots of digging, and the prices were right.
I agree- and alot of different stuff
List the old clock parts as Steampunk and they would be awesome for decor.
100% =)
This was killer, did see they had some cast repops but the majority was good flippin, wished Kayla wood have nabbed some of the wooden tool boxes, cute in booths to hold smalls.
Don’t pass up those cute salt and pepper shakers because they don’t have the bottom cork or plug
The long wooden toolboxes make great centerpieces for tables. They are popular.
Nice stuff at that sale!!!
I agree
That was one of the most interesting and eclectic yardsales I've seen on your channel. Thanks for sharing it with us.
You can easily buy stoppers for salt and peppers online I believe - or that’s what other resellers say !
Binge your videos when I'm down.peace love hope everyone🙄😥
hope all is well
Been better glad your not a cop anymore,your too nice😁think you both need,suit a child.perfect family😇
Really fun sale. Lots of cool stuff. I learned to drive on my mom's 69 Ranchero. Fun memories.
Almost at 100k!! Yay for you, been with you for a long time and so happy to see your success! You put in a lot of work and deserve it!
They make branding irons for people to brand their steaks so they can look bougie.
Now that was really cool!!! thank you so much for sharing!
I always enjoy watching your posts.
oh I could use that box of clock parts!
I think they were a good buy for $3
Cool, I love yard sales!!
This was a cool 😎 sale
Very interesting antique garage sale! Really enjoyed it. Old clock parts maybe for a clockmaker whom continues with that trade, never know? Blessings
Fun sale!
I agree 😀
Great yard sale & fines! Many things to consider buying ! You restrained yourself which is great. Keep up the great work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💜
Thanks so much! 😊
Hope you hit the big number soon✌️🤞💋🌟☮️
I hope you bought the hinges. The one you pulled out kind of looked like Eastlake style - they usually go for $15-$30.
excellent info on that
A good keyword for those gauges and clock pieces would be “steampunk”!
I went to 2 sales like this last summer that made this sale look small. Both dealers retiring. Absolutely mind-boggling. I got tired of looking at stuff.
I like your videos better when you had it laid out on the table so I could see what you bought you did this one so fast and I never knew what you bought except for the car parts and the clock parts till I don't know what else you got or what Kayla got but I love you all anyway God bless you
The weird thing with the angel just under 2 minutes in: Sign holder, like outside a business, or an old bell holder before we had doorbells.
Flip Stool and an antique booth win win. I want to find a red one like my grandparents had.
I hope Kayla is making pretty flower arrangements and such to put in your booth too. Seems she has an eye for it.
Yes - she did some flower stuff in the booth and it sold super fast 😀
Very solid advice from Kayla! 🤣🤣I have fallen in that mind trap before and left with junk.
Always fun with you two!❤
You are so close to 100,000 subs!!!! 🎶🎶🎶💓💓💕💕🌈🌈💮💐🌸🌄
I hope your Dad got to that sale??? Lol
Fantastic yard sale. I can see why you spent so much time there. Keep Hustlin"!
Some great finds today. With the clock pieces, if they don't sell could you sell them for the metal value? You'd surely make more than three dollars on that.
This yard sale made me kind of sad. An end of an era of someone that once had so many amazing finds from history!
7:35 that's the tray to the tool box I think @20:24
I'll have to go back and take a look
Branding irons
100% - they seemed short lol
@@beardedthriftmachine If they were "real" or authentic, they would have been much longer.
The Craftsman tool box tray was what you took that old dial indicator out of😊
Lots of great picks!
389 pontiac
I knew someone would know right away ! :)
There was a $2 bundle of pegboard hooks right next to the bin of car emblems... would have been a great find for the new booth
That sale was super...
Be wary of beige masking tape stuck on things, like that pipe planter. It can petrify so that it is pretty much impossible to remove. I learned this the hard way!
You passed right by all those peg board holders at the garage sale, she had tons! You loved those wood caddies, they could also have been used to display items in your booth!
Love the show, learned SO much!
Like the older episodes with your Dad!
"Yuuup"
The thing that drives me crazy about pickers is you don’t want to pay anything but you want people to pay top dollar when you list it. Think about that.
Then don't watch the video... think about it....
@@lisaayers1975 then don't buy....
Wow what a sale !! You should do very well with what you purchased .
Not sure if you picked up those oversized, handmaid, wood toolboxes, but I envisioned Kayla using her talent to decorate them with her picks then reselling on marketplace!!! Always fun watching your videos!
Great yard sale, my goodness! Clockparts are great for crafting too!
PS if you are friends with the Commonwealth flipper you might need to call him I think he needs a real good friend right now
Hey my bearded brother with a different hair color ,first of all y'all are Awesome and secondly can u show how u photo your items to list ,what kind of camera u use and photo set up ,and if u already have could u direct me to that video,y'all keep rocking y'all are my heros🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
I’d like to stumble across a yard sale like this.
OMG!! i would be in my glory 😂 what some great finds, you go guys
I'd spend hours there. Great stuff
I would have to there was so much good stuff and you just had to look for It
Love y’all ❤
You picked up a blue box right after looking at the toolbox. Wasn't that the tray for the toolbox that you picked it up out of?
Not unless they painted it - that should have a red tray
@@beardedthriftmachine Ah. Gotcha. That was a pretty neat garage sale!
More cowbell 🐄🛎 😂
Cool stuff!!
Y’all did a great job with that yard . The metal irons that Kayla found are called branding irons. They are mainly used to brand cattle. sometimes you will see smaller ones that people used to brand leather products that they are making like purses or saddles for horses or wallets brand cattle or something or just they’re making up a project but it’s because they were I believe those are for cattle.
I don't see anything but crap at this yard sale. Even the Salvation Army and Goodwil would toss it in the dumpster. But still enjoyed the video just the same. Thanks for sharing with us.
I could shop all day there!
Your passing off some great items. WHAT IS UP!!
I looked up on eBay how much salt and pepper shaker stoppers would be. 20 for $10. I had been wondering about if you could order them.
You go katie
Hey Julian: loved this episode! BTW -some of those clock pieces you can group and send them as “Steampunk” stuff. I saw a weaving shuttle that might have a niche market there! I love the vendor booth and Kayla’s jewelry. Please hug Willow for me! It’s getting cold and snowy here in Canada, so we love watching you two in shorts! Lol: what would you SC folk do at 20 to 30 degrees in the morning?!
I luv the puppy
🥰🥰❤️👍
thanks so much for watching!
branding irons 😉
I fell asleep 😒
That's ok :) 😀
Shoe trees bring a fair price. Pick them up next time. Thanks.
You should plan an small gift for the 100k suscriber... Congrat guys you are there...
Was this a Thrift store? Cool stuff
They shut down a antique / thrift store
👍👍👍🖤 GOOD JOB MAN .ANYTHING OLD METAL CAR CLOCK PARTS YOU MOUNT ON FRAMED WOOD.PEOPLE BUY IT FOR ART "STEAM PUNK"
How do you look up comps so quickly when sourcing?
The whole store not worth 5000.
they said they were doing gross - 500,000
Assemblage artists love old clock parts.
You keep finding things by those stacks of books & never open a book to see what it's about...
Please tell me why do you always say a I'll get you on the next one
No idea 🤷 lol I started and haven’t stopped
Please nothing from China USA!!! ONLY well....
It was painful to watch this video and see you pass up so much good stuff. Everything there was cheap and great resale value. Farmhouse items are so popular. I feel like you guys tend to gravitate to the cheap items easier. I think it may be hard for you to pay more at times when the payout can also be more but for some reason you don’t look up the items then and there.
That was huge sale and i would have spent a long time like the both of you just looking and opening every box to see what was in them.. Just love the hunt.. 👍🇦🇺🦘
i agree 100%! have to look in everything - just dont know whats in there
The thrill of the hunt is sometimes as fun as the hunt itself! ( :
