let us discuss one of the very basic but important topic i.e. Vastu for balcony & projections. Including Vastu for extensions in flats, portico Vastu, balconies and other extensions we may find in an independent house, villa or flats and apartments. Vastu for balconies and Vastu for extensions is a large topic that may cover Vastu for portico extension and north east extended flat Vastu. These topics are commonly uttered among Vastu believers. North east extension Vastu is a positive situation whereas plants in balcony as per Vastu to be seen from their density and weight angles. Extension in south Vastu defined not appreciable and house extension Vastu defines that always the east and north should be extended. North facing house portico design is to be made such as the weight of this portico be as light as possible. The cantilever type extensions are better over those standing on columns. Therefore, portico for south facing house to be seen carefully because we should avoid wide extensions in south. South east balcony Vastu remedies includes few plants like black ficus which eat up the harsh sunrays. Is west facing balcony good? No, but not as negative as of south. Portico Vastu for north facing house is good to get in layout so that north extends. Is a south facing balcony good or bad? The answer is no if the north balcony is wider than south. Vastu for car portico to be done in north or east. But take care that north-east extension is to be the widest. Vastu for flats contain the useful information that speaks about the Vastu for apartments. In Vastu for home, Vastu for house and Vastu for apartments the projections and balconies are most important. Vastu for irregular plot has to be seen from the possibility that the plot should be first re-designed as normal square or rectangular. The left-out part may be used for generator, servants, cow-sheds, scraps and other utilities. Vastu for plots defines in details the Vastu for porch and in this Vastu for terrace is important factor. Vastu remedy for south west extension includes the copper wire inlay with boundary of house. Balcony colour as per Vastu be the light colour. Bedroom with balcony Vastu is good if it is located in north or east. North west extension Vastu is ordinary but not good. Shape of house Vastu shastra to be square or rectangular be a home, an apartment, a flat or a villa. Vastu shastra for plot shapes and Vastu tips for open terrace are simple but essentially be looked at with care. What are the Vastu remedies for the projections and if the balcony of a flat is only in south. Then try to cut off the extended part with copper wire or with the thin silver wire. These are the parts of silver wire remedy and copper wire remedy. But in each case please check that there should be no copper cut or silver cut in the positive directions of east or north because these two are the most positive directions as per Vastu. However, the plants to be very light and small in north or east balconies because weight is not appreciated in north or east. On the contrary, one may grow higher and heavier plants in the balconies and extensions located in entire south and west. In such a situation the heaviest planters to be placed in south-west. In each case keep in mind that sometimes the projections are not very strong and in such situation the load bearing capacity be estimated through a structure engineer. It is very essential.
