Despite having all the knowledge of Vastu Shastra, why does one still face difficulty in finding a Vastu compliant house? Why do people face the so much difficulty in the selection process? I receive numerous floor plans and most of them get rejected by me. I would like to highlight an important point here that one should always be very strict during selection. When selecting a property, one should not fall for every option, by thinking that there can be remedy for each.
2:18 Now one should ask the question that why the selection process has become so difficulty? Those searching for a new apartment can connect with this pain, where months have passed without any success. It is clearly visible that builders these days are highly insensitive towards Vastu Shastra. One faces pain, miseries & problems after spending a huge amount on the purchase of the property. After moving to the new house one starts facing issues such as divorce.
3:35 First & foremost, I will highlight the mistakes one generally make during the selection of an apartment. Firstly, most of the people still do not know the facing of the property.
4:07 Secondly, people are generally unaware of the exact facing. Suppose one purchases a flat considering it is East facing. East has two parts, North-East and South-East. It's a possibility that the main door is towards the South-East. According to me it is a big issue because South-East entrances are wrong, but you are considering it as East.
4:28 Third, if it is rectangular shape flat? People generally write directions on the corner edges of the floor plan. This is wrong! Each main direction comes 90 degrees from the other. If it is not a perfect square, then the corners of the flat cannot be North, South, East, West.
5:34 As you know the shape of the property matters a-lot in Vastu Shastra. Apartments are usually of irregular in shape. But you are not aware of this, and you might not even consider such issue while selection.
6:22 Allocation of the rooms is another important point to consider. Suppose you see an apartment & the builder shows you the master-bedroom and presents its various benefits. Despite having a good Vastu people tend to use wrong room.
7:11 Now I will tell you those points based on which one should outrightly reject the properties, no matter they are cheap, in a good locality or the total area is good, but such kind of property would not give you anything other than miseries & problems.
7:29 Firstly. . . One should never select or reject a property simply based on its facing.
8:14 Secondly, as mentioned earlier, selection or rejection of a property should not be merely based on the facing. Sometimes North and East facing properties are worst than South or West facing properties. It is a big myth that one faces problems because he/she has a South or West facing property. It is totally wrong. Many North or East properties have bad internal layout which makes them worst than South or West facing ones.
10:26 Third point to consider when rejecting a property is whether you are getting a bedroom in the SW or not!As mentioned earlier, the allocation of rooms is very important. Many people reject properties based on balconies. If they find a balcony in the South-West, they reject the property. I would like to inform you that there are remedies for such kind of Vastu dosh.
11:28 When purchasing a flat where someone used to live, for such properties one should try to find the history. One should find the reason behind sale of the property. Is bankruptcy or insolvency a reason behind the sale? Did any kind of divorce or separation took place in the inhabitants of that apartment?
12:17 Now I will share some points based on which you can shortlist an apartment. When talking about toilets, yes, we say that they should not be in the North-East direction.

What remedies to follow for balcony in south

Hamara plot ki dimensions original on the spot SW front facing hai, plot corner E, W, N, S hai and govt ke according simple west facing. Now how i consider vastu tips of plot according SW or according West.

Applicable to all, whether rented or owned, but the Vastu has a major impact on the people who live in that property.
From center of plot to gali ki taraf direction is 243 or 244 degree SW. But govt. simple N, S, E, W hi dekht hai itna deep nahi dekhti NE, SE, SW, NW etc. Na hi architect ne utna dhyan rakhta hai vastu ka wo ni itni sir dardi lete vastu maano na maano ye owner ke upar hai and wo naksha bhi simple N, e, S, W dkha bana diya bas, mai to vastu manta hu. Unke hisab se W facing hua simple But original to SW hi rahega govt, architect maae na maane. My question is kaun sa vastu maane W ka ya SW ka.
The one which is actual. One should never reply on what the architect says or the govt document, one should always check on their own and should also take help of an expert during the selection process.
House direction is south west but main door entrance is north west .. is that a property to go for or not ?

No, unfortunately it is very bad, and must be treated.
I am staying in a township where all the quarters are designed in one pattern and everyone's bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, puja room are in same direction. If Vastu played a major role then everybody's fate would be equal. Please reply
From a broader perspective you are correct, but Vastu depends on many factors. We should not forget that in a township, generally the houses are mirror images, so Vastu changes there. Even if they are not, we do not know which family member is using which room, this is where the entire Vastu changes. Suppose married couple who is supposed to occupy the SouthWest room, is using the NorthWest room, hence they will face similar consequence.
One more simple example. Suppose a family has kept an Aquarium in the SouthWest of the house and other family has not place this, then there will be different consequence.
So, there are multiple & numerous scenarios that will change the Vastu of the house and eventually have different effects on the people living in those place.
Every house is different, just like human body. Some people have good digestion, and some do not. Hope this helped! 🙂

Mam do house numbers matter or direction? Can we consider a north or east facing house with number 8?
These are two different sciences, but in Vastu purely we do not consider number, but according to numerology or astrology 8 number can be good for some.

We buy only builder properties Builder are spending crores of rupees to build apartments Why are they building if they are not as per Vaastu .That too they are hiring engineers and giving them lakhs of salaries
Because not all are believers of Vastu, and Secondly many times they have to compromise with the design, layout and builders are unwilling to do so. There are multiple reasons. They are pure businessmen and their objective is to earn money, they never care about others' miseries.
