Thank you for your videos - they are very helpful. You mention stock photos quite a bit - where do you get them. Are these photos you take yourself and edit, or are you using images from Canva? Any tips for licensing/reselling stock photos? Thanks!
We make and sell our own. That said, I've also hired photographers to make photos excusive yo our business that we then have an agreement to license and sell.
This was a great video! Is it distasteful to add products that have been sold based on information that grabbed the attention of your clients? For example, if I create something for a client and then post it on social media to showcase what a client bought to show others my work...is that frowned upon?
Not usually but It depends. Usually, you would add that as a term within your agreement with the client. Something like "the client agrees that the freelancer may use this product with her marketing" (this is not legal advice just an example ). Then if a client in the future doesn't want that, they would ask it be removed from the agreement. That way every client gives you permission and it's not distrustful
