Am ashamed to be living present day India where politicians have looted India in tandem with builders. A day is not far when this country will fall into anarchy because common man will be deprived of basic right to live in house of his own as he will not be able to afford one. America they say is expensive but not as expensive as India. Look at the real estate in Mumbai, perhaps the costliest in the world.

Very informative video. Myself also lost 3.20 lakhs to Aditya World City, GZB. They raised the price of 2BHK to 4 lakhs after 1 week of paying the booking amount. I had to fight with the broker to get my back. But, the dream of buying a home was shattered by them. I suggest everyone to stay away from them. There is no one in this world you can complain to and get your money back in a simple way...

Thank you so much for showing reality of housing in India. Thats why I keep delaying buying a house because there is still a long way to go in career and no point getting stuck at one place. Also, renting is way cheaper if you have a good landlord (lucky me), no additional taxes, major repairs, maintenance etc. Everything in India is a scam and I dont understand why people are not waking up. There is nothing left in this country except corruption and exploitation...no clear air, water, good health, right education, retirement safety, women safety etc etc...I can go on. But all we care about is hindu-muslim or veg-non veg, or boy-girl relationships.

Builders should be banned from accepting advance booking from retail buyers. He should take loans from private sector banks or from loan sharks.Let us see whether the Banks or sharks will give him the loan.
Whatever happened to escrow account? Builders will collect advance and buy land with this advance money for their next project. There also they will take advance from gullible buyers. In fact they start multiple projects without spending much from their pockets. Builder lobby is also one of the main source of political parties funding. Don’t expect government actions on builders Escrow accounts will prevent this from happening.
Go to Gurgaon They are selling zero growth at sky high prices It's not only builders it's about middlemen firms also They are white collar badmash If it's about getting asthetics inside a closed door, I can very well build a house in my village... Greed of middlemen is killing middle class

We got lucky, our builder in Zirakpur Chandigarh delivered the flat with all amenities within 3 years of booking. Really feel sorry for the NCR home buyers and enraged at the government for inaction against such rogue builders.

@@AS-ls1di Not true. 40% Indians have their own home as per RBI data which means top 1% are buying more than 1 property to park their black money even if that can't be rented because they have no other option to deploy such huge amount without getting caught.

A day is not far when this country will fall into anarchy because common man will be deprived of basic right to live in house of his own as he will not be able to afford one. America they say is expensive but not as expensive as India. Look at the real estate in Mumbai, perhaps the costliest in the world.
