Tout le monde aime la pizza et la prépare, mais chacun à sa façon de la réaliser. La mienne est bonne selon ma famille mes enfants et je pense aussi que c’est vrais hhhhh🤣
C’est pour cela que je la partage avec vous aujourd’hui puisque vous êtes aussi ma famille 😍
Pour deux grandes pizzas :
Ingrédients
La pâte :
- 200g farine blanche
- 150g semoule extra fine (fino)
- 1 c.c levure boulangère sèche
- 1 c.c sucre semoule
- 1 c.c origan
- ½ c.c sel
- 4 c.s huile d’olive
La sauce tomate:
- 2 grandes tomates râpées
- Huile d’olive
- Sel
- Poivre
- Paprika
- Origan ou herbes spécial pizza
La viande hachée
- 200g viande hachée
- Sel
- Poivre
- Cumin
- Paprika
- Huile d’olive
Des champignons
Olives noirs
Oignon blanc
Fromage mozzarelle

لتحضير 2 بيتزا كبيرة
المقادير
🧾العجين
- 200غ دقيق ابيض
- 150غ سميد ناعم
- 1 م.ص خميرة فورية
- 1 م.ص سكر خشن
- 1 م.ص زعتر
- 4 م.ك زيت الزيتون
- 1/2 م.ص ملح
- 200مل ماء دافئ
🧾 صلصة الطماطم
- 2 حبات كبيرة طماطم
- ملح
- فلفل أسود
- زعتر
- فلفل احمر حلو
- 1 م.ص معجون الطماطم
- زيت الزيتون
🧾 اللحم المفروم
- 200غ لحم مفروم
- ملح
- فلفل اسود
- كمون
- فلفل احمر حلو
- بصل ابيض
- زعتر
- زيت الزيتون
فطر

- 200g white flour
- 150g extra fine semolina (fino)
- 1 tsp dry baking yeast
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 1 tsp oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Tomato sauce:
- 2 large grated tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Oregano or herbs special pizza
Ground meat
- 200g minced meat
- Salt
- Pepper
