I really wish Toyota would simply redesign the inside more like Mazda, sleek clean and black finish type which looks more modern and luxurious. The inside of toyotas always looks so "old" in terms of the colors/materials they choose.. the cars exterior looks great though.

I actually don't care for the DRLs the way they did them on the XSE, I think the SE looks much cleaner without them so I think its worth saving the 3k to buy the SE, I also like the black grille as well.
I checked under the hood. I believe the mounting points are still there for hood struts. You should be able to purchase from Toyota for $200. Easy install. Watch a video how to install.

@@ericB3444 simply pointing out that I don’t allow dealers to put stickers on a car. I can tolerate license plate frame but if a dealer wants to “advertise” on my car then they can pay me.
No one talks about maintenance and longevity of the Ecvt. That is more of an issue than the hybrid. If a car lasts 300000 miles but the transmission won't there's a problem.

They should have left the SE seats the same as least gen. Where they were mostly all softex pleather. Instead they went back to the half and half like the older pre-2016 Camry.

lol...$35k with taxes and fees, you're looking closer to 40k for a BASE LE/SE Camry trim, that's the price for a 2024 Camry XSE. How is a 40k base 2025 Camry considered "affordable"?
@@MattTheCarguy you quoted the Camry in the video is listed at 35k. With taxes and fees, it'll be around 38-39k out the door which is close to $40k is it not? I'm in CA unless taxes and fees are different in Florida.
@@MichaelVang-jx9jxpretty close. Tax in Florida is 7% but this vehicle has some options that you dont have to get on SE which starts around 32k and that with everything will bring you to around 35k. But if you like the equipment in the video than yes it will cost you around 38k

These are really ugly in front. I finally got around to going to the local Toyota dealership after hours to check it out. The side and back looks good and almost identical to the last few years, but man cars are getting uglier. I don't know if they were trying to copy the Elantra in front or going for the Corolla look. Same old for the most part.
I respectfully disagree; in my view the front being all one body color adds a lot of “cool factor” and it looks ultra modern. Everyone has their own preferences and opinions, of course. 😊

This one is rather comparable with Accord, and I like this new Camry interior better.

I never allow a dealer to put their sticker on any car i buy. My new XSE will arrive end of June and it won't have a dealer decal on it.
