I checked it out too. Seems since he moved to the different jail he is getting some help writing his docs. The difference between his original complaint and everything after he updated his address to the new jail is huge. I think he has some valid claims there, just not all of them. The one against the jail nurse I get the impression he may win on that claim, at least.
@@Freemanpressx Indeed they can be. They have nothing but time to learn. Good on them using that time wisely. Also, I get the impression from what he wrote that his new "home" has a legit law library and internet access, maybe.

All new male inmates, with the exception of those sentenced to death, are initially assigned to Roederer until they can be classified and transferred to other prison within the Commonwealth. The prison opened in 1978 and had a prison population of 997

Definately seems to me that he has crossed a big hurdle. Some of those prison lawyers are good, I've heard.
