The "it's her body argument" is mostly a strawman in that regards. I mean, I'm pro-choice, but I do think that if you're married, and supposedly one, you should tell your husband that you're having an abortion...especially if you want him to take care of your child when you do have one. You're either in this thing called a marriage together or you're not.
My issue is what if it’s not the husbands child? What if the couple is separated? What if this decision was made with the biological father (who is not the woman’s husband). There are so many ‘what if’s’. It would seem silly to require a man to get his wife’s acknowledgment or as a prerequisite to do anything health related.

This issue really needs to be revisited. The current framework allows for too much bad interpretation, and thus, killing of unborn babies.
