I have this shark as well. I absolutely love it.....but not for big mess tests....nothing about it is made for it. Now if I had a full size duo clean watch out lol.
I am loving this series of garage tests. What is your favorite vacuum you own over all? Additionally are you going to bring in any of your bagged vacuums?
I know fails can always be a bit annoying when you want it to work so bad. Speaking from experience 🤣🤣🤣. Maybe try a small amount of cat litter and mess on hard floor with ur shark duo clean. I’m curious to see how well it would do
Lol, that's nothing new. Shark is probably the unreliable vacuum brand with the worst customer service in existence. Charging people for broken parts even in the warranty period.
I called shark cuz I had a problem with one of my vacuums and they said because it wasn't under the warranty they couldn't help youunlike when you call Bissell they're happy to help you no matter if you have a warranty or or not
