5 days what a joke ,the judge should sentenced for 5 years for a meager sentence
5 years for what?
More like: With what...? 🤔🤣
An epilepsy excuse? That's kind of a new one. Usually it's anxiety or pregnancy.
Horrible miscarriage of justice. She should be in jail for years to protect the community!!
Wayne County jail is the WORST jail. Worse than LA County. WORSE than the old Jackson Penitentiary. It’s filthy, foul, feces filled, and the people in it are seriously troubled. This is in the downtown Detroit area.
This judge is epic and probably saved her life by putting her in jail.
5 days??? These judges are a joke. What is 5 days to a alcoholic 😂😂😂😂😂
She's lucky she is not here in Az! They are super tough on drunk driving, even for a 1st offense you do 10 days in jail and a 2500.00 fine! After 3 you are doing serious time.
Thank you Judge Shakleford... Accountability is Mandatory.
Drunk Driving must be taken more seriously.
Screams? Kinda just cried dramatically
I wish we had more Judge Shackleford videos but I don’t know if she does a whole lot of livestreams anymore. I appreciate you putting this online, CourtCamTV! ❤
How did this lady get away with multiple DUI arrests in a short period of time? Yikes! Sentenced to 5 days only? Why won't this judge take realistic action against this serial offender? Shame on the judge, or if the judge has to follow regulations,, shame on the lenient regulations.
This isn’t the hearing or the sentencing for the DUI/DWI.
Should've been a felony.
5 days is a slap in the face of victims' families.
Where’s the screaming?
I thought that 3 dui within five years you lose your license indefinitely and you have to do a significant jail sentence but I guess this judge is bias for female drunk drivers she's pathetic asf 🙄
That wasnt screaming..little exaggerated title. But I still like to see this judge actually hold people accountable. Good video
5 days is all? That is BS!
"Does my face look like it's gonna matter?" I LOVE this judge lol
Wtf? A friend got 8 months for his second dui in a year.
Yeah the law should be consistent overall for everyone everywhere concerning this
¨his¨
That´s why.
@@Greetings_From_Cork could be.
Alkies are such great liars.
5 days? Is that supposed to be punishment for 3 DUI's in a year? The build up to 5 days is hilarious.
5 days in jail for 3 DUIs? She’s lucky!
Defendant: "I understand"
Judge: "OK, we're going over it, because I don't think you do"
Love it!
My sister has been to the Wayne County jail so many times since we were teenagers cause she’s a heroin addict and she’s told me how bad Wayne County jail is 5 days is like a lifetime😂😂
3 DUI's in 14 months is just the 3 times she got caught. She's doing this regularly and has no plans of sobering up by missing all those dates.
"I'd give you 7 days but I don't think you deserve that."
Wha...!?🤷🤷
I am amazed that this judge thinks that 5 days will teach this woman a "lesson." She can force her way through the five days. Significant time is warranted for this individual. County jail time is kid stuff. Put her behind the wall for some real time. There is a difference between the House of Detention, Paris Prison, and Angola. (This is just an example)
The joy I get when people are held accountable is evil. She needs more time periodt.
This is an example of our courts protecting the public. Lawyers and judge involved in this travesty should be charged if she hurts someone.
No comment on the DUI woman, since she is guilty as sin. But the judges behaviour isn't very professional either, she seems extreme judgemental, as if she takes it personal. Her tone is so preachy and demeaning. Why not sentence her in a professional manner, without snarky comments every 5 second?
She is blowing off the court.. She doesn’t get the seriousness of actions. I abhor drunk drivers.. In my opinion they are the worse of the worst..Some people might chalk it to being young.. I disagree wholeheartedly.. Stupidity i doesn’t differentiate race , sex and religion.. It’s an equal opportunity thing..probation is a privilege not a right.. Today is your reckoning… Welcome to reality 101.. accountability 101.. My West Indian grandfather use to always say ‘ when you don’t hear , you feel ‘…
She’s lived a consequence free lifestyle up to this point.
Honestly I think the judge should have given her the 90 and been done with it. She doesn’t want to change so she doesn’t deserve a spot in treatment court.
“Does my face look like it’s going to matter?” 🤣🤣🤣
Then why aren't you as a judge doing your job ...??? Lock her up ..!
5 whole days??😂😅 What a joke of a sentence!!
This isn’t a sentence on the dui this is essentially a contempt/bond violation hearing
Don’t be a Jamie kolwaski now she killed someone with her drinking and driving. Just don’t do it.
Judge is on point.
If you have 3 DUI’s in a year, you better be sleeping outside the courthouse to make sure you’re doing everything correctly. Either that or inside the cell
Witnessed a wrong way driver on an interstate. FOUR dead and 3 kids orphaned. ( Thank God for car seats). And she gets 5 days? Joking, right?
the wheels of justice are gonna roll you right into the wayne county jail!
I don't even know how its possible to get onto 75 going the wrong way
Tough talking judge gives weak sentence to repeat offender! She might kill someone next time she does it. Blame the judge if it happens again.
"I haven't eaten in a week, I have epilepsy, he told me I didn't have to go... etc... etc."
Every time I hear one of these women throwing stuff at the wall to see what sticks in a wild attempt to manipulate some sympathy all I can hear is John Belushi scene in the "Blues Brothers" pleading with Carrie Fischer under the bridge near the end of the movie and I laugh.
“Does my face look like it’s going to matter?” 💀
I expected a real consequence from this judge, the way the thumbnail led me to believe, but 5 days? You gotta be kidding me.
Good for this judge they think they won't go to jail that they won't hold themselves accountable they really don't care cuz they think they're not going to go to jail anybody else to go to jail why shouldn't they
"How am I going to drive drunk if I'm in Jail?!"
So she's "Going through an epilepsy diagnosis, and having seizures!", and no one is putting 2 and 2 together in that severe alcohol usage *can CAUSE* those symptoms?? And only *five* days???? She needs at least a year somewhere to dry up , and get her head literally back straight.
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Hallelujah! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
three DUIs and still out and about, why yell at her now? she could have killed someone on the first DUIs. How did she not lose her license, lose her car? The fact that it took 3 DUIs, skipping appointments, treatments, etc. Court failed again.
The judicial system needs to get serious and stop coddling these criminals constantly, it's absolutely ridiculous.
5 days in jail is supposed to be the wake-up call of her life? 😂😂😂😂😂
After that long useless speech by that judge, I thought she was going to prison for years.
This Judge wasnt playing with this woman! LOL
Five days. After that long speech about getting “months”, she gets five days. That judge and I have different definitions of “The Wake-up Call Of A Lifetime!”
Three DUI's in less than 18 months and she hasn't been to jail yet?! WTF!? Only five days and she is crying about it? JFC!
She's having seizures AND still Driving??
I’m in Michigan. I hate to know people like her are being allowed to get THREE DUI’s in less than 18 months.
Claiming she’s going through an epilepsy assessment? That info would (surely) have already been available to the judge - who noticably did not ask her attorney to verify it.
Seizures probably from alcohol withdrawls
I would be that JUDGE! No mollycoddling, just straight up facts!
