    This is a good asana for regulating our routines. I am experienced in this especially when I am onsite due to work. Ofcourse, I keep on practicing Mudra for 15 minutes which gives sound sleep and stress relief. Definitely this can be tried considering the physical benefits. As usual Dr. Lakshmi Andiappan has presented the Asana with complete dedication, professional presentation, visual explanation with medicinal benefits and impact

    Hello madam,
    Really appreciate your yoga videos. I've been suffering hairloss for 3 years. I've already included sirasasanam and Sarvangasanam to my yoga routine inorder to regrow hair. I also have a mild hypothyroid condition since childhood. Can you make a yoga video for hair growth for men?

    Mam, your yoga videos are exceptional. Please clarify my doubt. I have also sleeping disorder. This asana how much time to perform. You have answered to one of the comments below that "45 mts to do this". I dont understand. 45 mts continuously to be in head down and hip up? For another question you have answered that "morning alone is enough 30 counts to 50 counts"

    Hi Doctor ,
    I started doing Yoga for the last 45 days after 12 years , your videos was quick refreshment which I learnt in school days.
    Could you please share us an order of Aasanas example to start with nadi suthi and then followed by which Aasanas?
    This will give us a sequence to follow.

    Mam i've been night shift for 6 years. I have GERD problem before 8 months, took food on time after that. It was controlled.. now im having muscle seventy and sensitive teeth past one week. Heard that because of deficiency, now also facing GERD problem again.. muscle seventy reduced however sometimes i feel faint & body weakness while sleep, my health anxiety and sleeping disorder puts me in panic.     Madam,
    My mother is 64 years old and has undergone catract surgery in both eyes 18 months back. She does not have BP and she is healthy other than knee arthrities.
    Can she perform this yoga as she had undergone cataract

      just get 6mm thickness yoga mat thats good
      and my opinion is normal yoga mat is better than branded one
