Jessica & Krystal is indeed a reality show Jungsis did together, there was sadly only one season altho they had recorded an album and season 2 of Jessica&Krystal but those were never released due to Jessica's departure
Season 2 was recorded _well after_ her SNSD departure, so that's not the problem. They just haven't been able to find a distributor to pick it up. SM may be blackballing her behind the scenes.
Even though Jessica was kicked out of SNSD, I still consider the group to be OT9. Jessica was with Girl's Generation from the beginning, and spent more than 7 years as both trainee and a member. When they started the dance choreography of Into the New World, it only feels right to have 8 members spreading out from behind Taeyeon. Anyway, I do hope someday SM will reconcile with Jessica and restore her membership even if it's a honorary one, because they pretty much stricken all her record from the group & refused to acknowledge her.

The only thing that makes me sad as an OT9 fan is the fact that for some reason it appears they don't acknowledge Sica as ever being part of the group. I'm not sure if they're just contractually obligated to not talk about it but post-SM Tiffany comes to mind. I saw an interview with her saying "When we debuted as 8." That kinda made me sad knowing that even after she left SM she felt like it wasn't something that needed to be talked about like dude you spent your latter teen years and early twenties together. It's basically true that there's a different vibe between the 9 and the 8 member SNSD. More because most of their songs uses Jess voice mixed in minus ones and adlibs. And that effect mostly felt by the older fans like me who's been a fan since Genie Era.
There were several videos with Krystal that Jessica posted on her youtube channel, and I would definitely recommend you to watch those videos so as to know more about the Jungs sister !!! As a MeU (f(x)'s fans name) when first I saw the f(x) reacting video, I was really really happy! With Jessica departing, it didn't feel right for me to watch ot8 music videos. Ofc the music and the girls are still amazing but I felt empty watching it because it's not ot9 that I know of. It just feels weird to me. And I believe after B.A.P mistreatment and Jessica departing, I couldn't get into the new generation of kpop. The only one I could get into is Dreamcatcher. Other than that, I don't follow anyone and probably wouldn't. That's why I just considered myself an OG fan and Insomnia. My recommendation of Jessica's solo would be WONDERLAND. One of my fav!
As someone who has been a SONE since 2008 and was a Jessica bias, sm kicking her out saddened me the most out of all the members that left sm afterwards. After Jessica was no longer in the group, it was really hard to look at snsd at the same light and, while I know the other members couldn't do anything about it, the group just looked incomplete without her.

If you want more Jessica's music related content, you can check out her song after her departure from snsd, she wrote quite a lot of it if not, she wrote all of her single. My favorite song of Jessica is "summer storm", best song she wrote so far. Otherwise, "fly" is the first song she released after leaving snsd. I'm a vocal hoe so i really like idol with great vocal, meanwhile, Jess's vocal is not the best in snsd but i'm addicted to it when harmonizing with Tae, just like Solar and Wheein, their voice mix so well together. Her timbre is also recognizable and definately give snsd more flavor too.
She has just recently covered "her" song from when she was still in Girls' Generation. The title of the song is Almost. And man was my hubby so freaked out when I started crying when I first watched that cover. To my knowledge, she has never sung an SNSD song since she departed from the group. I was wondering if after SNSD you could check out Kara, specifically the 4 member debut Kara(they lost 1 member and added 2 later) Specifically the lead vocal Kim Sunghee, she left the group to focus on school(at her parent's request) but I feel like she would have been a top idol for her vocals if she had continued to train. The longest trainee of SNSD even before most of Super Junior member. She was secret weapon of SM as she was previously planned as 2nd BoA as she can speak English, so SM tried to expand Kpop to West. While taeyeon was original promoted as ballad soft singer for OSTs in Korea. So SNSD lineup never meant for Jessica amd Taeyeon. Jessica is a patient of Anemia so she is always tired when performing: remember when she was almost fainted after performing in School of Rocks. She was like Winter from Aespa, private trainee of SM. So SM really didnt showcase her a lot. ❤

It's basically true that there's a different vibe between the 9 and the 8 member SNSD. More because most of their songs uses Jess voice mixed in minus ones and adlibs.
And that effect mostly felt by the older fans like me who's been a fan since Genie Era.

With Jessica departing, it didn't feel right for me to watch ot8 music videos. Ofc the music and the girls are still amazing but I felt empty watching it because it's not ot9 that I know of. It just feels weird to me. And I believe after B.A.P mistreatment and Jessica departing, I couldn't get into the new generation of kpop. The only one I could get into is Dreamcatcher. Other than that, I don't follow anyone and probably wouldn't. That's why I just considered myself an OG fan and Insomnia.
My recommendation of Jessica's solo would be WONDERLAND. One of my fav!
As someone who has been a SONE since 2008 and was a Jessica bias, sm kicking her out saddened me the most out of all the members that left sm afterwards. After Jessica was no longer in the group, it was really hard to look at snsd at the same light and, while I know the other members couldn't do anything about it, the group just looked incomplete without her.
Jessica is my first Bias in SNSD and i really cried so hard when she left. I still love her and miss her

"Summer Storm" was released on 2017 as celebration for 10th year anniversary. 2 out of 3 of Jessica's EPs have english versions. To her cover of "Almost by Tamia" on their 2nd Asia Tour, on her cover of "Someday by Nina" where Krystal (of f(x) and her sister) played the piano. To her OST "Heart Road" and also to "That One Person You" (she sang this OST as her way to congratulate Sooyoung on her first Main Drama role in "Dating Agency Cyrano"). To her cover of "Dangerous Woman" and "How Deep is Your Love". You should definitely do "Almost" reaction. She uploaded her "Almost" cover on her youtube channel and that cover is very meaningful for us, fans. She once performed it on their concert. The accompaniment is the same as the one she used on their 2011 concert.

I am an insomnia right now but before i was a hardcore sone and sica bias since 2011. And so the devastation when i first heard the news that she's out of snsd was incomparable. My favorite song of Jessica is "summer storm", best song she wrote so far. Otherwise, "fly" is the first song she released after leaving snsd.
I'm a vocal hoe so i really like idol with great vocal, meanwhile, Jess's vocal is not the best in snsd but i'm addicted to it when harmonizing with Tae, just like Solar and Wheein, their voice mix so well together. Her timbre is also recognizable and definately give snsd more flavor too.
She has just recently covered "her" song from when she was still in Girls' Generation. The title of the song is Almost. And man was my hubby so freaked out when I started crying when I first watched that cover. To my knowledge, she has never sung an SNSD song since she departed from the group. And seeing her sing a song from an SNSD is album is just so precious. ❤️😭

Specifically the lead vocal Kim Sunghee, she left the group to focus on school(at her parent's request) but I feel like she would have been a top idol for her vocals if she had continued to train. She was really good when she debuted and would have just gotten better with time. But im also not someone trained in music and vocals so maybe im wrong? Thats why id like your expert opinion!

Jessica is a patient of Anemia so she is always tired when performing: remember when she was almost fainted after performing in School of Rocks. She was like Winter from Aespa, private trainee of SM. So SM really didnt showcase her a lot. ❤
