I always tell people to get professional tax advice and was just speaking generally about Monaco , but maybe slightly misunderstood how it’s different for landlords. Thanks for picking up the point though and giving fuller picture ❤
Yes absolutely, love your energy. People should get professional advice to ensure that the tax strategy works for them - lots of legal ways to reduce tax 💪🏾
I'm 15 seconds in, please please please, never use the words Samuel Leeds and Property Guru in the same sentence ever again. The fact that guy can even sell 1 course is beyond me
Im confused, someone I know stayed away from UK for work and have a rental property in uk all through. Now went back to uk. Their tax consultant said, no need pay for those years The tax on UK sourced rental income, is it a recent update or was it always like that? What if the property is in mortgage
Indirect disposals of UK land and property needs careful consideration because if the company is a “property rich” company, there are tax implications for that transaction.
Literally miss quoted the article in your first sentence mate. I am no Samuel Leeds fan, but please read more carefully before you start spouting your bs all over YT.
What part of my video do you think is BS, try to be precise? Re. Per year/month, first of all, it doesn’t matter from a tax point of view whether it’s million a month or year, and did you read the captions on the video?

**it’s not “miss quoted”, it’s spelt as “misquoted” - of course, no problem you made a mistake, I understood the point you were trying to make.
@@niaz_q struck a nerve. Most engagement this bs will ever get. No need to thank me.
