That view back down the valley from Camp 3 is gorgeous!
YESSSSSSS 🎉
If I was to try everest that would be the reason why. Just to see that with your own eyes has to be life changing. There's so much beauty in the world, and I bet those views are a sight to behold
@TheMessage25 yeah I took a screenshot of that shot...thinking abt making it my screensaver
Three rescuers to save one climber. It's difficult work. Much respect to them.
We are a Centre for Adults with LD based in Essex. We are following your progress as part of our project work. The videos are amazing!! Take care and good luck. We wish you well.
These Sherpas are the real heroes of the mountain!
I have the greatest respect for these guys.
IceFall MD.. That series would be unstoppable. In the Porters quarters. Their views of their customers, their daily life In their language. Surprise, next year, no ropes.
I love your positivity and "no complaining" rule. Even when you were sick you persevered. That other guy needs to learn a lesson from you!
Binged your whole Summit vlog last night, than watched your "How Much did it cost," breakdown.
Holy crap, man. You're 19 and you kicked Everest's ass. All from a 2mil Gaming channel! Respect man. You were made for this. Just stay smart.
Best Everest videos ever. You're showing us a birds eye view. THANK YOU!!
I'm glad you gave as much information as you could about the climber that needed rescuing, as I would have assumed the worst ❤
Great efforts again Ryan :)
@Ryan Mitchell I just want to congratulate you again. Lot of us here know, that you are documenting this for your own experience and to look back on your achievement. And also you are sharing for other climbers who will follow in your steps. So they can see exactly what they have ahead of them. If I was thinking of climbing everest which I'm not lol. I most certainly would watch all of your videos, because you have giving an amazing insight to the challenge with great reports. Well done young man, I bet you are feeling on top of the world. ❤ love from Ireland.
incredible videos especially this episode. so interesting and cool to see how vibes and moods are ascending while also seeing a person being dragged down the mountain. those sherpas r incredible.
Good they didn't just leave that person on the mountain. The Sherpas are amazing, so professional
The sherpas truly are amazing people in so many ways. I'm still so impressed that you are giving a much better idea of what it is like to climb the mountain than anyone I've watched (and I've watched a LOT). I have a much better idea now of how tough the Lhotse face is. And I'm so impressed that your company made the wise choice not to get caught in the race to the top and that long conga line.
Oh my gosh.. 😢 Hats off to you Ryan and the rest of the climbers.. Take good care.. Be careful.. watch out your step.. remember baby step..
This is the best video I have watched that shows what it is like making this hike
4:47 My heart dropped, amazing footage, thank you.
Even with all the modern tech and sherpas that is an intense mountain.
Holy smokes! Another amazing installment.
I do hope the person being pushed down by the Sherpas survived. Prayers to them and their family.
😮Watching this I found myself breathing heavily in tandem w ur breathing! It's so real. ...THAT FINAL SHOT, THO!!!!! 😮
Loving it coz at 19, u had plans but this is life changing. Congrats again on your summit. You’re a natural . 6 more to go, I betcha…. 😂 great vlog
Love the videos! Like how it’s just raw unedited. Everyday I check and see if you post an update. Allan Arrnette spilled the beans on you though! Congrats.
I stumbled upon your videos and I love them. You have done an amazing job documenting your climb and I just love your energy and personality. I am so happy that it was a safe journey for you.
super crazy super impressive. thanks for sharing
These are top notch everest videos, thanks for taking us all on the adventure from the warm comforts of our homes. The everest trek to the summit is fascinating, something I would probably never do, but amazing nonetheless. May all who have perished rest easy.. 🙏
I have been watching from Canada. You’re doing amazing, Ryan! Cannot wait to see you Summit. Congratulations, I hope this has been the experience of a lifetime. You set the goal and you achieved it! Well done you! I’m so proud of you!
People who try to gatekeep climbing are weird. Yes, there are issues with trash on the mountain, but not everyone who climbs is contributing to that problem. Also, Ryan is 19 years old, he has already climbed 3 major mountains. How you can say he doesn't 'belong' on the mountain makes no sense to me. He summited the highest mountain in the world. How can you say he doesn't belong?
Great video as the other ones. You almost feel like you're there. Kudos to Furba Sherpa, who seems to be a man with a good sense of humor and great composure.
Love it when the child in you shows up😂… It’s such a high stakes adventure and it’s beautiful to see a bit of enjoyment and fun pop through occasionally. Not so doom and gloom❤
Stunning footage! I think your series of superb videos will be the gold standard to beat Ryan.
These videos are outstanding. Thank you.
You really show us how you climb the Lhotse face. Gosh, it is very steep!!!! Love your accounts of each climb. Glad to see you using Oxygen. Thanks, and take care.❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks again Ryan for the detailed trek to Camp 3.
I heard a few climbers died yesterday. RIP to them.
Yeah out of all the hundreds of climbers, a few die each season. It's sad but its expected at this point.
Skill issue them
Good going Ryan ,few more days and you'll be standing on the top of the world , Also a big thank you to the Sherpa's for helping that person down, I hope whoever it was survived 🙏
Sickkkk!!! Can't wait to see your summit vid 🤘😎🤘
It gets better as it goes. Great video.
So glad you were feeling better! I can’t wait to watch your summit push!
Right on ! Thanks for sharing
For the summit video, mention the times of day for leaving, south summit, Hillary step, time on top, etc. Love it!
Ryan !! Change the title of your UA-cam from " trying to summit at age 19 " to
SUMMITING EVEREST AT AGE 19!!!! Hell yes can't wait to see your success !! 👊🙏 stay strong, stay positive stay hungry
Getting sick of seeing negative comments, Jeez people if you dont have anything nice to say, well dont say anything at all. Simple, just bypass the videos.
This is the age of nastiness. Each day is a struggle to carry a candle in the darkness. Carry the candle anyway.
@sisterpamop It sure is, What a nice quote 👌
Most ironic complaint I have read. Why don't you simply bypass a negative comments?
Hate comments or bullying are absolutely not okay, but this is not a platform only for praise - if one can't bear critical comments, one should not publish on UA-cam. One can learn from every kind of commentary.
@@PicklemediaYes!!! a negative comment about a negative comment figure that one out lol
Doing well. I believe the body being brought down was an Indian man, he was evacuated to Katmandu hospital where he later died i believe.
I heard that too. RIP
Lhotse face.... down suit, oxygen.... it's go time 💪.... but there's always a sober reminder this is serious business... mountains will be here long after us!! 🙏
1:07 Ryan you are so inspiring! I’m not young anymore or I would be begging you nonstop to take me on your next trip if there was one Lmao!! You are a brave soul along with everyone else up there! You are young and I love watching your videos I can’t get enough of them. Please keep them coming I’m waiting for you to upload day 38
It’s so fun to watch your adventure! Stay safe up there I’m sure you’re doing a fine job all the best from Eastern Washington
Well done...congrats to the whole team. Best wishes going out to the person being brought down. Hope they are okay. May the journey ahead be a safe one for you all.
Amazing to see camp 3, what a beautiful view, though looked scary to sleep there and specially during a storm. Good everything seems to have went well for you.
Absolutely incredible!
Stuff just got real. Take care up there kiddo. Much love from the uk.
Another fantastic video ❤
Well done young man, greetings from Turkey. We are watching you so hopefully you make the summit. All the best and take care.🙏
I know you already summited, get those uploads going :D
Best of luck . Been watching since day 1 . Be safe 🙏.
With the person they were bringing down it just shows the impossibility of getting someone down if they succumb to cerebral edema, etc. I cant imagine a storm with wind and snow, sleet mixed in and the different drops over cliffs thst require clipping in and out. Just crazy.
First, I have to say, that this is the best Everest documentation I've ever seen. It's great to watch it on a comfortable sofa in a warm room. The reality is pain, sickness, torture and more. Paying 150k $ to get this, sorry I've got better things do do with such amount of money. But ok, everyone is different.
Well done, Ryan and your team. A well presentation video.
I'm enjoying watching your progress.
sherpa seems really cool, this is awesome
super cool.Just imagine however the ascent without fixed lines...the overcrowding would diappear instantly presume...looks like a highway to the top. Enjoy it for sure !
Good luck tomorrow, great job on the video, thanks !🇺🇲
I've been watching since day 5 or 6 and have really enjoyed your trip. In fact, I check every day and wonder, "why hasn't he posted yet?"
Me too!!! Tonight I was getting hangry for a video 😂
love watching these.. getting to see alot of the details of the route. not just the summit push.
I have been searching for a video like this!! Thank you for uploading!
I'm so glad to hear everyone made it up and back safely. I was praying for you and your whole expedition.
8 passed this season.
Ferba is 🔥
awesome work. Thoroughly enjoying them.
Thank you Ryan another fantastic video
All the best Ryan 🎉
OMG what a beautiful place. I enjoyed watching you hike up to camp 3. Stay safe🇨🇦
I kove how laid back you are, climning everest is a bit of a grind 😂 so understated. 👍
Omg that crevace 4:46 gave me the chills!!!!
All the best pal and thanks for the updates 👍
Getting close mate ! Hobart Tasmania bottom of the world here hahaha , 4 X Boston Marathoner 8 x qualifying races , Only mentioned due to your home Address Ryan, I did intend to climb to base camp this year age 61 but have just finished treatment for leukaemia, it still may happen but wow ! You had us all a bit nervous but I understand what it must be like trying to acclimatise and keep your followers up to date, I have been following Adrian B for many years , I actually spoke to him camp 4 when he attempted to summit without supplemental O2 Everest no filter, he didn’t quite make it that year but Corey did, but he made it the following year , I’m sure you realise they are coming over from Tibet this year, anyway I’ve watched all your updates and even have my wife interested, I can see your followers grow as you tease us 😊😅 that was so funny the way you dipped in your sleeping bag and signed off yesterday, anyway I’d say we might be 2 more instalments ? Hopefully I’ll be congrats next couple of days, #legen
Wow! Amazing journey and breathtaking views!
Crazy. I don't know how you guys can even relax let alone sleep in camp 3. That looks steep. This footage is fantastic! Some of the best I've seen! 👍
Thanks for this great impressions! So i dont need to go up on mount everest.😅
Absolutely terrifying and mesmerising all in one! Absolutely love your updates x
I think your commentary is just getting better and better - a very relaxed style but aware of the dangers. I hope the ill person managed to recover - the sherpas were doing their best to save a life. Those crevasses like the one at 4 minutes 40 where you are not clipped into a rope are very scary - as you are not holding an ice axe it looks like certain death if you misjudged it or weren't concentrating (I don't mean just you but anyone). At Camp 3 I think it would be essential to be clipped into a rope and have crampons on just to go to the toilet tent. You're a brave man.
You are correct. Climbers have died not being geared up when just going to the bathroom up there.
Thank you for sharing! 🏔️
I hope you fill better today! Take time easy !thinking of you ! Ana 🇭🇷🇨🇦
Good work Ryan. Thanks for the effort shooting and editing for us!
Fantastic, you made it look easy 👏
I had a dream about Mount Everest last night and boy did it freaked me out. Just looking up at the mountain. I wanted to see some videos about the mountain, but saw that you posted 8hrs ago 😂 you’re really brave for doing this keep going and stay safe!
Kudos to your guide. Nicely done Ryan!
I heard that.... heat and the sun is a pain.... 💯
Been watching everyday and waiting for new videos. Best of luck man
I love your commentary. Be safe.
This video shows exactly what it is like vs other videos I have seen really did not portray the real climb.
Have really enjoyed this journey….well done…x
I am watching the videos and sometimes pausing to pray for you ....its scary and fun at the same time...thanks for documenting all these.
This is as close as I'm ever gonna get to climbing Everest. You are braver, or maybe crazier than me, lol. I do think it's be cool to do the base camp hike though. Stay safe and thanks for sharing! Subscribed.
Wish you all the best!
i climbed everest with my sister it is otherworldly up there. it’s definitely a mental marathon
Hey Ryan great to see another video. Hope your feeling better than you did in the last 2 vids. Im sure the O2 helps. 😊
Great job man!
I've heard stories of guys going outside the tents at night, losing their footing, and just sliding off the mountain. Gone, in the blink of an eye.
It happens sometimes, but if you stay on your toes and don't make dumb decisions, it happens a lot less.
That's why everyone is reminded to keep their cramp-ons on and to clip into the ropes whenever leaving their tents at C3 and C4.
You start to hallucinate on the mountain due to exhaustion, lack of Oxygen, Mountain Sickness, Frostbite and etc.
No wind yet.
@@Mila_BreareyI heard that Camp 4 is not so sloping.
The summit video bouta be crazy
Hello from Mongolia, proud of you 🎉❤❤
Nice one! I am ready for tomorrow!
I love Ferba's smile.
To be honest, I'd have liked to see more video of your time in the tents; what it's like to exist on Everest; what you eat, how you sleep, etc. I've seen other climbers talk about those daily things and they say you don't really have an appetite at those altitudes? So many climbers look terrible at this point. How are you managing to look unaffected? Your age? You aren't coughind either. A lot of the audio is voice over, so mabe you did have the characteristic cough?
Agreed. I enjoying seeing "behind the scenes" like what is going on at base camp when there, how things are organized at the upper camps, etc. It is great going on this journey. Hopefully it continues all the way to when he is back in the States.
I recommend looking up the videos of Norrdine Nouar, a German climber without O2. He summited Annapurna and also tried Everest (where he had to turn back.) His Everest video is yet to come but Annapurna is already online.
He’s a young extremely fit lad. As much as it pains me to say it( as a very fit muscular 40yr old) there is no replacement for young age. You are so full of energy at that age and usually do not carry the muscle mass you build as you get a bit older.
I felt the same as you but it highlights to me age is more than just a number and a lot of these climbers are in their 40s / 50s as it does require quite a bit if wealth to do this. Don’t blame Ryan for being young and healthy :)
Amazing Ryan!
