Thank you. 💛
The way this album quickly became one of my favorites leading me to discover that the vocalist is Pat Flynn and the other members are part of other important bands for me was one of the biggest smiles I opened during 2022. This band is a refreshing breath of life. Greetings from Brazil!
When I started listening to hardcore I discovered this album when it just came out and I loved it. I also started listening to Songs to Scream at the Sun nonstop. I've been listening to both bands for weeks without even realizing it's the same vocalist!
4 years since this came out, so crazy. I still listen to songs from this almost daily
Pat Flynn = GOAT
Thomas Araneta oh shit is he the singer?
Yeeeeeh
pat flynn is one of the most relevant artists of the last two decades
Wait this is the dude from have heart????
@@detach103ff4 sure bro, its patrick flynn, former have heart singer
It's so cringe when dumbass kids make big exaggerations about shit, like art. You're allowed to enjoy something a lot for subjective reasons. That's how art works--people enjoy it subjectively, Mr. Makes-Generalizations-that-are-Premised-on-Knowing-Shit-About-Art.

OMF! GOOD MUSIC IS STILL A THING! I love when I hear a band for the first time and immediately know they will forever be tied to my memories for next year and will always reappear in binge fashion for the rest of my life.
This is great. Reminds me of 80/90s bands like Archers of Loaf, Pegboy, Jawbreaker..
Exactly! Also some Rites of Spring and Leatherface or American Steel
@@creekandseminole Nice screen name. Come on man, Rep Florida. I can't believe nobody said Hot Water Music. Cheers.
This album. Over and over and over
poem you over and over
This is really good! Reminds me a bit of Rites of Spring crossed with Hot Water Music.
Feeling the HWM vibe, too
I've been waiting for a band with this sound to pop up, I love this shit. Excellent vocals, great everything.
This is really, really good.
Will always love this band to death. The sound of growing up but without the existential crisis... well, maybe just a little bit. :)
So important forever and always
Watched the premiere over coffee in the kitchen. From my peripheral my buddy appeared out the window with his five-year-old, wading through the garden in muddy Wellingtons, checking the drip hose system, picking leaves, eye-contactless smiles mirrored the computer screen... True Essence? Verisimilitude? Existentialistic extras in Sullenboy Vid come in real-life, real-time on real-accident? Oh, I love it. I feel like Fiddlehead and Patrick Flynn's lyrics seem to soundtrack moments over the first --- or last --- cup of coffee regardless of Sartre or Classic Roast Instant Coffee with Non Dairy Powdered Creamer, Camus or single origin Elephant Enzyme Pink Eye Vory on my mind, or heart, or the two extended family by friendship soaking up gardener's pollen picking and planting memories before the sun hits. It's too bright to go outside. Just give us more premieres, please... "the broken records, the family tree..." I don't know if those are the correct words, however, I'm already singing the song and humming the rhythm and only heard it 8 times in the last 63 minutes. Yes. Love it. I wanna soak the song up and sweeten my radical caffeine with it. My coffee has no freaking clue. But I do, wait do I? I don't know. I figure I'm sort of waiting like death at the end of some life for the clouds to come so I can go outside. Can't wait for this full record. Fuck Mid-Summer, August could be a dream.
Heard Lay Low standing around waiting for F*cked Up to take the stage in Portland Oregon. I'm not a big Fiddlehead fan, but I heard Pay Flynn on Damian Abraham's (F*cked Up vocalist) podcast where he interviews punks prior to going to that show. It's a good song. Looking forward to seeing Fiddlehead one day in Portland. I know they were supposed to come last year, 2021?, some weird all ages matinee deal at like 3 or 4 PM at Mississippi Studios but it got cancelled.
Godbless Fiddlehead
If you dont like this, you're wrong.
basement promise everything + title fight floral green = this fucking gem
first track sounds like hot water music to me. i might be a little older than you though haha
Crime in Stereo and Fiddlehead should go on tour together
This is awesome
This album is just a big breath of fresh air
I love this shit.
Thanks Patrick
This is tight! I've been looking forward to this release!
Bear Vs. Shark vibes for sure
great Album! has a crisp of cap'n jazz!
1:14 basement brother's keeper intro haha fucking love this band gem af
Lay low es muy buena y pegajosa
qué hermosura esta música, gracias FH
That last song is with code orange right? Also Pat sounds like the singer of Killing the dream on that last one. Windows and Sunlight is probably on the bottom of my list of favourites from this album but I appreciate its creativity the most...
Yes, that song is featuring Reba from Code Orange.
Why is this so goddamn short? Could they not just have repeated "Poem You" for 45 more minutes?
Punks will be punks
man, that voices on the back..... chills
This is so great!
The UA-cam algorithm did a good job
Está nítido!
I'm digging it. In a way reminds me of Hot Water Music.
Def felt that too as soon as I hit play
samesies
Little Fugazi in there too
Yup HWM and Fugazi right off the bat.
Second song has a few parts that remind me of Jawbreaker too
sick
Que bien esto ♥
reminds me of Give
so fucking good
this is some real shit 💯
“All the Real Girls” sample. So good.
in Rejoice right?
This is way better than either of the bands Fiddlehead came from. I love this sound!
Whoa buddy Basement is God
Jon Kusagaya they were, but Fiddlehead is better
trumph77 no, Soundgarden is god. Blur is god. Slash is god. Basement is great, but not godly.
Have Heart is one of the greatest Straight Edge bands of all time
MrBaguel I never said they weren’t.
Is this the same band that released 'Dod E' and 'The Deaf Waiter'?
darn
@W. Griffin - nah modern fiddlehead completely shits on 90s fiddlehead lol
whoa
I know it is not popular these days like LP and MC but will there be a CD version soon?
I just discovered this Pat Flynn project.. Wanting 2 bump it in my car. Still no CD!
lame
al fin ♥
this shit is cool as beans
AOTY right here
