HUGE THANKS to ExpressVPN for offering all Food Ranger viewers 3 months free and 49% off their yearly package using this link: ExpressVPN.com/Thefoodranger . Travelers need ExpressVPN to stay safe online and to unblock any site. I personally use it for Netflix, even while at home in Canada, but also while traveling to unblock content and episodes that are geoblocked, and I also use it for security, because airport wifi and hotel wifi is often very insecure, leaving my data vulnerable. By connecting to one of their servers around the world, it’s just like my computer or phone is in that location, and all data sent while connected to their VPN is secure, safe, and private from others to see, so I know that my data won’t be hacked or looked at by others. Thanks so much for watching, and we have tons more videos coming up for you! Please leave me a comment below letting me know what you thought about this episode, thanks so much!!!

Just wanted to say Trevor if you're reading this that when you were inside the Tibetan monastery I noticed how respectful you were by not taking big portions of food. Just wanted to say your polite mannerisms didn't go unnoticed. ~From a fellow Canuck.

You know what? Many people go abroad or even other places in their own countries with very strong personal judgements and sterotypes. This is why the videos made by them are boring to watch. But Trevor really brings these food and travelling videos to another level that is higher than others. He is so rescpectful and so willing to try any food regardless of culture, places, races and even the food quality. Some food clearly seems to be a little bit dirty (not in this video but some other), unhealthy or strange (like the raw beef paste here), but Trevor is still happy to try it out. This is such a good personality. I know I cannot do this but I am so happy to watch.

Tibetan China looks rich and peaceful, I'm excited. I didn't know yak is eaten in the country, I wish I had the opportunity to taste it, I've heard for years that is high in calories but very healthy. Thank you Trevor for this adventure, China is one of the original places humanity created civilization and watch that the country is culturally diverse (muslim, tibetan, communist, traditional, modern, global,) it's great. Hugs and greetings.

Tibetan culture is the one that has been conserved the best. Especially when you compare it to other original inhabitants like Indian in the US and those in Australia. The protection and respect towards Tibetan culture is massive and comprehensive, covering every aspect like religion, architecture, language, history archives, music, ways of life. China’s government has done a great job.
