He wasn't really using the 2 devices, he pretended to use them! ahah That battle round was done using solely his mouth while he faked using the devices to battle Rithmind who also did the same thing. In fact at the beginning he said: "I am also a looper" (the 2 devices are loopstations)

He wasn't actually using the loop station. It was just a prop here.
I do beatbox myself as well. you can do sounds using your throat (those will hurt if done too much), lips, tongue and cheeks etc. any sounds that are not throat related won't hurt but will leave the working muscles a bit sore if done over a long period of time.
Yeah, it's just like working out. You get better at it over time and it's crazy how much you can learn.

@@T-Wavebeatbox LOL true. My inward bass right now is pretty weak cuz I do more liprolls in order to save my throat. (Have chronic coughs).

When it comes to any bass involving the throat it usually only hurts when you first learn them but eventually you develop them so that they dont hurt anymore. Also there’s breathing techniques so that beatboxers don’t get winded too easily.
5:00 that’s a tongue flute. So he’s essentially like singing a note through his tongue to give it that weird noise. At least I’m pretty sure that’s how he does it. If that is then it shouldn’t hurt but idk

The sounds don't actually hurt after mastering them , but sure when learning diffrent sounds like the vocal bassline you have to be careful.

no pain no gain so yeah,some of the sounds are hurt at first like the throat bass,choke when do the inward bass or cough when do the high bass,...but once you mastered it,yeah pretty ez to do

Beatboxers n metal singers both seem like they fucking something up to achieve the tones n sounds but there's only a few sounds/screams done that potentially could but those are rarely pulled out the bag
