So on mine the problem was that the white ink line was clogged, so I got a thick syringe 💉 and pushed in a bit of air where you fill the white ink do t push in to hard just lil at a time,you can do it like 5,6 time. Then run a power clean make shur you fill up ink it will use a good amount wen performing the cleaning.
What is the tube you got running into the printer?

How did you get it to work, I’m having the same issue with white hit everything down and ready, just my white won’t lay on film
