The problem is if you look at the mobility of Beterbiev,in his last few fights, he looks like he is slightly struggling to reset. like he did in the smith Jr fight if you look at Yarde fight and the Callum Smith fight his footwork does not look as good the fast reset into position move around to cut off the ring to trap you to throw weapons of mass destruction 😂 he has trap Bivol its bear vs eagle haha

Some interesting comments by the sparring partner. A highlight for me is that people think Beterbiev will come on in the second half of the fight, when Bivol has insane cardio and proven stamina… When the guy is near 40, tell me how that argument makes sense?

I think bivol is smart enough to know that because im assuming he has watched how betebiev plays and his punch selection, bivol is going to understand beterbiev in the ring and he is going to make judgements based on that, and he has an exception ring iq and his judgement making is precise, for example against pascal who was a aggresive fighter wiith power, bivol showed he can take pressure very nicely for many rounds or against castilo, who was landing counters and zurdo who was trying to knock out bivol for 12 rounds. and again reach and distance is important, bivol is known ot never be caught with a clean punch, and if you know boxing, connecting your punches is important for power, especially when bivol has such a good guard and chin. Basically bivols style just envelopes beterbiev's style, you cannot beat bivol by throwing over hands and clinching because he is never in a comfortable range, and his movement is very good meaning he is going to make u move and miss which will drain you, and his volume of punches meaning beterbiev either has to fight him on backfoot to counter him or has to get a lucky shot on bivol, but that won't knock himout, because bivol isn't ;ike callum smith who just kept on throwing combos and adding pressure on beterbiev then not repeating it till he got caught because he never really understood beterbiev, whereas bivol studies his opponent, and tbh beterbiev is gonna do exactly what canelo did, add presure, throw hooks and upper cuts and get caught by bivols straight hand, jab and his volume of punches. and if you think that beterbiev has cutting angles, its not gonna work against someone who has better movement than you, meaning if beterbiev changes angle its just going to allow bivol to circle beterbiev around with his lead jab and straight and get him on the ropes, and bivol is also very quick and has back and forth movement meaning beterbiev won't be able to land his right overhand/hook to the body and not be able to clinch him
