I want to congratulate you primarily because your delivery is outstanding. You come across in a sensible manner which is reassuring to your listeners. The information you put forth is given in a pleasant way. I am a male gynecologist and appreciate your comments which should be very well received because they are true and to the point.😊
I wish this site was around 60 years ago when I was born. Born with undescended testicles and not surgically corrected until age 10. Botched and too late. Caused so many sexual development and health issues, most still exist. Despite all the comments by others, I appreciate your site. Thanks.
When I was 9 i couldn't pee one day, the foreskin had grown closed, this was a medical emergency needless to say a trip to emergency was required. Circumcision was the remedy.
I'm glad mine when not erected is below 3 inches but when erected growing 3-4 times bigger/longer. its really comfort when we are was doing activities and wear jeans. than the size when not erected is already big.
I would like to also suggest something in reference to that mushy part on the testicles, sorry but I don’t know how to pronounce the scientific name of it so I will just call it the sperm sack that is attached to the testicles. A couple of years ago I was getting pain in that area and I thought it was caused by me lifting too much weight in the gym doing the leg press machine, it felt like someone kicked me between my legs. The pain wasn’t really all that bad but was a constant pain all the time. I had an ultrasound of my testicles and come to find out that it had nothing to do with working out at the gym. The urologist told me that it was a fluid buildup in that area and was a common thing that sometimes happens and if it got really bad that they can go in there and drain it! Well I decided to just wait and see if it would get better and after a month or so it did and I had no more pain anymore. Well that’s been two years ago and now it’s back again but not as bad as it was the first time, so I’m praying that it goes away again. My question is what causes this to happen and is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening again because it’s truly frustrating at times. It bothers you so much that when you get an erection you don’t even want to have sex because of the pain, it actually turns you off and it’s like you get ED from it hurting. I just never tried asking my urologist what causes it like I should have so I was just curious if you could give me some sort of explanation to what causes this. Thank you for any information that you could possibly give me on this situation. Just to let you know if it helps any I’m an older man almost 70 years old and this has never happened to me before until I got into my 60’s so is this something that occurs in older men?
I'm 20 already , but my penis and Testicles are Unenlarged yet, is it a sign that I'm can still have a growth spurt? I'm 5,7 in height , and my first initial signs of puberty (semen, acne ) were gotten since 13, but I started having public hairs at 14. Chin beard sprouts at 18. My dad is tall (6.0 ) same as my only brother. Do I still have these chances ma?
Ok for me I had a accident at work long long time ago a pallet hit me on the penis it swelled up and my balls and penis was bruised badly so the doctor at the clinic that day said I will never get a erection again my primary doctor said the same thing I had nerve damage and tissue damage as well anyway my wife then and myself went on to have another child but now as time has gone by I’m having a harder time to get it up my wife left me because of this problem so my question is is there any natural ways to help me with this problem because it is putting me into a depression please help me with this!!
When blood rushes to the testicles and penis in preparation for intercourse, if you don’t reach orgasm it can cause the blood to clot and causes discomfort, the body sorts it out and it should go away after a few minutes
It’s when your genitals are stimulated for a long time, but you don’t reach orgasm, it’s really painful after awhile. We’re talking hours, but we’re also taking pain. I’m not a doctor, but I am a teenager. It goes away, eventually, but once you experience it, you’ll never ask what it is. It’s so painful. 😣
I’d like to ask you a strange question. I’m a 69 year old male and I noticed that my left testicle seems a little smaller now than my right testicle. Is there a reason for that? It’s even a little hard to find at times but it’s there just smaller.
It's not a strange question. I wouldn't worry. Both of mine are strikingly different in size. Seen Urologist, had physical, ultra sound mri and blood work at my own will. Everything came back normal. But that's my experience. Not every situation is the same. Get it looked at if you have any real concerns.
Actually I always said that I knew that I was definitely not gay was when I had my first prostate exam and I didn’t like it. But I follow up by adding that there was once that female doctor and it wasn’t so bad.😂
I was born in the 1960's. I didn't notice very many uncircumcised boys growing up. I've heard that quite a few get "cut" ,for aesthetic reasons, as adults. Is it normal to feel self-conscious about it at my age? People still ask me why I'm not circumcised when they see it. I don't know what to say because I never asked my parents who probably would have yelled at me if I had asked.
I got circumcised at 60 and wished I had done it years ago. Do lots of research b4 you get it done as you can’t undo it if not satisfied with the result.
The penis is just a urine and semen injector and as long as it can get it into the vagina or something to hold the semen for further injection is all that’s required. Circumcision help’s keep it clean

I'm ultra-micro, but I have 10 kids of my own.
😂
Slight correction. The bump aka epididymis collects the sperm cells. The seminal fluid is synthesized mainly from the prostate gland .

Extremely educational... Thank you
No it really isn't. What does a woman know about what it's like to be a male
What are the pros and cons of the foreskin being left permanently retracted ?
Your glans becomes keratinised. The skin cells on the surface take on the function of the foreskin. You lose sensitivity. It’s not advised.
Thank you so much it’s nice question

Mine looks like a button on pea coat
What do you think about penis prosthetics , can a doctor deny you from getting one if you are not in a relationship at the time.

What could be the cause of intense pain in the belly button during urination from time to time?
I'm I'm an adult male and when my penis gets cold. I find that the foreskin still covers the Entire penis head is that normal.
Yes that's normal, when I get out of the sea or a cold swimming pool all I seem to have is my foreskin.
What is blue balls

You are so gorgeous,!!!!!😍😍😍🤟
Your the best doc!
Is it uncommon for a male patient to have an accidental erection during a female doctor visit while doing a penis exam ?

Consider yourself lucky! Wish I had mine back but I was only a few days old when it happened.

For cosmetic reasons just like the look and hated my foreskin
Happily circumcised in uk.
