In Islam, there are 2 categories for what can happen as misfortune for the person:
For the pious it is a test and for the person far from God it is a punishment
agreed,some mistook wealth,health,children,happy family as a sign for blesseings from Allah while he is not even a practice muslim,hope Allah will protect us from that kind of punishment
The Holy Qur’an tells us in several verses that Allah (Praise to Him) has created plants in pairs (male and female) in order for plant reproductive activities
Chapter 20, Verse 53, Allah (Praise to Him) also says:
“… and (God) has sent down water from the sky. With it, We have produced diverse pairs of plants (Taha, 20: 53).
In Chapter 13, Verse 3, Allah (Praise to Him) also says:
“and of all fruits, He made in them pairs, two each (a male and a female).
It was around 1790’s that Christian Konrad Sprengel discovered that plants did have male and female pairs

The Kaaba was first built by Adam (peace be upon him), then with the passage of time its mark was erased, then by the command of Allah, it was rebuilt by Ibrahim (peace be upon him) together with his son Ismail (peace be upon him).

I measured it, dividing the distance between the Kaaba stone and the north point by the south point from the Kaaba stone is 0.618. When you divide the southern distance by the northern distance, it becomes 1.618. But the pyramids are not in the golden ratio. Prophet Abraham and his son Ishmael built the Kaaba. The cruel pharaoh built the pyramids.
There are many of pyramids in the world. Some was in the ocean because the sea level was rising.
Pyramids werent built by one pharaoh. They were built by different people through thousands of years. Some pyramids even predate pharaohs.

This is a mathematical miracle that is mind blowing. The Golden Ratio. It is repeated in other creations by Allah. If that is a constant, it really proves that Allah is the Creator behind all the creations.

There is more to it but this alone clashes with islamic beliefs therefore it is haram.
Islam provides us with Salat. It is the best healing for a person and its halal. When you perform wudu you cleanse yourself and your energy is uplifted in halal way. Your vagus nerve is stimulated and when performing salat you achieve divine protection from bad energy.

Sidra Al-Muntaha is a tree in the seven heavens whose leaves are like the call to prayer of elephants as described by the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). The Kaaba is located just above Sidra Al-Muntaha

There is no comparison between the pyramids and mecca. Because the pyramids were built by the Pharaoh (tyrant leader of Egypt) by applying the golden ratio already found in nature of Gods perfect creation. The ratio between the kaaba and different regions and borders is also accurate and it shows that God knew the future about where the borders and regions will be, many of which were outside of the control of muslims.

I would like to recommend you guys to watch the strories of prophet by Mufti Menk. It is to me such a powerful series that introduces and for me a Muslim to relearn the lesson that can be derrived from the prophets of Islam.
This is definitely one great sign amongst numerous other signs revealed in the messages of the holy Quran for the believers and for the unbelievers to ponder upon. A duty for the Believers to relay these messages as the ummah of Muhammad Rasulullah pbuh to others who have not come to be aware of. It's does not matter if others would not accept the truth of these messages but it matter that these being made known to them because it will stay in their minds, can't be cut out and thrown like a piece of paper. And through times in their life journey, Allah has the power to bring forth such circumstances in their life that will make these messages played like a tape recorder in their minds to further make their hearts question if the Creator is talking to them through the signs brought onto them. No one has the power to install belief except Allah. Allah guides those who he wills and deceives those he does not will. Islam also acts as good advice. Good advice may not be welcome by closed hearts.
