A water fountain had caught on fire at a local recreation center, it was extinguished without any further incident.

I call it a "self extinguishing water fountain," all you have to do is press the button and it extinguishes itself!

I assume it was one of the self-contained units with a refrigerator and reservoir. The concrete tech building at my college has electrical issues with them all the time.
