The code in the video was incorrect for me, however there's so few options it wasn't that hard to break. If a piece is correct but in the wrong location it says, and if its flat out wrong it says. A little trial an error and I got mine with [UP], [A], [LOGO], [Y].

Select from italy then choose all same symbol to reveal each spot, fail and repeat untill you find it. Code changes every 5 minutes on the clock. Ex: code 1 - from 10:00 to 10:05, code 2 from 10:05 to 10:10 , etc.
The code changes every 5 mins. If you start at lets say 1:00, 1:05, 1:10 etc... you have enough time to put in all A's and see if it is in the code then do B's or X's and so on. If your fast enough you can figure the code out before the 5 mins runs out. Good luck! I just did this 4 times in a row.
For those who can't do it any more because you can't just type in the codes any more: Use your Phone Camera and scan the Oreos on your PC Monitor, it works xD

Everyone use Italy as your VPN, if using a laptop, and you do have a webcam, use device manager and disable temporarily. Then go to the link. The code he gives no longer works, so once you get the proceed without camera, be ready to take pics with your phone of the order. Start with UP, and then any series of x,a,y, etc. It will tell you what was correct and what wasn’t, also which ones just need to be moved. The code will reset in 5 minutes so move quick on each series and you’ll get it! Good luck
It took forever to get it to work, but I did it, it still works, i have the set in game, on PC, in the USA you need to have a webcam and good hd pictures of the cookies the code randomly resets every 5 mins
A free one will work for this. I do not recommend using a free one all the time because they are a privacy nightmare but for this purpose you should be fine
I see no option to "proceed without camera" I've tried disabling the website's access to camera, and allowing access. I don't even have a camera. Did they patch it?
I got it using the Italian VPN. Totally random guess got 3 of 4 correct on the first try. I then just plugged in the missing guess a few times until I got it. Selected the ship set from prizes and it said they emailed a code but then got a pop-up saying due to high demand delivery of the code might be delayed. I'm sure they're going to figure out we all screwed them, and then screw us in return LOL.

For me, I received 2 emails. I did all the process of going into the website (oreo eu) registered my email adress and proceeded to the sequence, after that I received an email to confirm my login, I clicked and it redirected me to the same website. Again, i did the same process of putting all those cookies in order and received a second email with codes for steam and xbox, I gifted the xbox one for my friend, thats how it worked for me basically

Italy works as a source to bypass camera use, use whichever VPN you want, just know the same code will NOT work on the same account consecutively, fortunately there is a limited selection of variables and retry is an option.

Can confirm Italy, no camera and up to 7 tabs open at once works well. Done it for Halo and Sea Of Thieves just now.

So I managed to VPN my way into the Italian page, cracked the code, and this is what it says,
"We have just sent the code to the email address provided with the necessary redemption instructions. The email will also contain details on how to redeem your game content on Steam.
Due to high demand, the delivery of the code may be delayed. We are already working on a fix! Thanks for your understanding!"
The code isn't in my email yet, will it arrive sometime soon?

Unfortunately they’ve already made a work around. The code is either something else, or it changes every attempt
You get unlimited tries, just keep on guessing, till you get it. It won't change during your session :)

Italy works as a source to bypass camera use, use whichever VPN you want, just know the same code will NOT work on the same account consecutively, fortunately there is a limited selection of variables and retry is an option.

aw man, it just unlocked for Sweden, and they removed the "proceed without camera" option.
Not bad! Unfortunately there is no way to proceed without camera anymore. The button simply does not exist anymore.
The code changes every few minutes; if it's slow to load it might change before you have enough time to guess.

They force us to use cam, that's mean without oreos we have to find pics that barrely works, then find how is it working and when you get to the end, the code has changed bro it's tm
